We (5 of us) stayed in Bologna for 3 days, and Casa de Twiggy is absolutely beautiful. The apartment was amazing, clean, perfect size for 2 adults, 3 children, and ideally located. The description on VRBO was 100% accurate and even beat our expectations. The location was perfect, just outside the busy areas so quiet at night, but within minutes we were able to find multiple locations to eat and discover so much history of the city.
The best part of our stay was 100% Federica. She went above and beyond to respond to our question within minutes. Our phones would not work for calls and Federica arranged all of our taxis for us and then text us so we would know where to wait and when! She arranged for taxis to take us to dinner, to take and pick us up from the Ferrari Museum 45 minutes away, and even to the train station. We needed a van because of the kids and luggage and she arranged! She definitely ensured our vacation went smoothly!
