„Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.“

„Host was awesome and helpful! The property is very tight. To pull the sofa beds out you lose all walking space and cannot enter the kitchen. There is not enough room to store the couch cushions while the sofa beds are in use making even less space. There was a water leak the first day in the bathroom coming from the ceiling which we thought was condensation then seemed to stop until the last night. „We were a group of 4 people and spend three months in this apartment. In our opinion there is no better location to live at. It is only one minute walking distance from the beach and a lot of restaurants are right next to the apartment. Michael was such a nice host and always available. There was really nothing we could complain about. We had a really good time there.“
