The location was beyond amazing. However the room and building are very tired. The window air noise was something during the windy first2 days. It is difficult to access the building as the entrances ( except one set of stairs ) had no sidewalks and no ramps. This was not in the write up. There is no broom to clean up and the slider lock kept falling off. As did the towel bar!We enjoyed our time in Bonita because we made the best of it- however the environment and accessibility was not what we expected - even realizing the hurricane from 3 years ago.I hope the area continues to work on the sidewalks and entrance appeal as it’sLocation is amazing.

Great location and view! Comfortable accommodations, but the kitchen cabinet paint could be touched up and some instructions for the TV would be helpful. Spent 30 minutes trying to find the NFC championship game. Finally ended up Airplaying it from my phone.

Wonderful Spot

Perfect Location

Location of this condo is just perfect. Just steps to the beach across the street. We had a flight change and appreciated being allowed to do an early check-in. Upon check-in there we had a small issue that was easily resolved. Communication was excellent. Condo was clean and provided beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice.

Highly recommend, extremely clean and perfect location. The condo exceeded my expectations. It is located a walking distance from the beach. Beautiful sunsets, perfect water. Doc's beach house has good food. On other side of condo is another great restaurant Coconut Jacks. Overall the entire stay was wonderful and we can’t wait to return. Thank you again.

Perfect!

This condo was very clean and nice and had everything we needed for our 1 week stay in Florida! Condo offered easy access to the beach, bed was comfy, and balcony with screened in porch offered view of the ocean! Communication with owner with super fast and easy and owner was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Beach and Tennis Club

Great place and location for 2 people (no more!) who love the beach. Fabulous ocean view, and a very short walk across the street to the ocean. Wonderful restaurant across the street (on the beach) where you can have drinks or good food with your toes in the sand. Unit was small, but we knew what we were getting in advance, as we’ve stayed there 5-6 times before. Highly recommend.

Although we had a couple of issues—no patio furniture at first and a TV that didn’t always work—Tucker, the property manager, was quick to rectify the issue. Although a king bed is listed, it had a queen pillow top mattress on it so that made it awkward. Great location right across from the street from the beach!

Wonderful location and unit

We were very pleased with our entire stay! The views of the gulf and the location to the beach and Docs Restaurant was incredible! The unit was clean and up to date. We cooked a few times and found that most utensils needed were available to us! One thing we felt could be improved upon in the future is the comfort of the pull-out bed, as the mattress felt very old/worn. We typically are not fussy about sleeping arrangements, but this was noticeable. Overall, I would recommend this spot and would look to stay again in the future!
