We love the Bonita Bay community and area; we stayed two weeks in January and had a great time. This condo is very nice and comfortable overall; convenient location with a 2-minute walk to the pool and close to the shuttle stop (although it wasn't running this year due to the hurricane damage at the beach).
We had two couples staying and it was nice that we each had our own bathroom, but we would look for a larger condo if we were staying two weeks again. Kitchen is fine (older painted cabinets) but pretty cramped if more than one person is in it. Compared to previous Wild Pines condos that we have rented, this one fell short in the kitchen pots/pans and utensils provided (dull knives, only a few pots provided and some were dirty and damaged with peeling nonstick surfaces), minimum amount of dishes provided. Beds were very soft and a bit bouncy; mattresses and pillows/comforters seemed older. Linens were the bare minimum, for example extra pillows were provided but no extra pillowcases; only one towel per person. One closet was half filled with a ladder and some other utility things; closet space is pretty limited in these condos so it would be nice if it were all available. The rental agent was responsive when we did contact them (e.g. the front gate did not have our name when we checked in), but I don't think I should have to be the one to tell them about basic deficiencies.
