This property is in a great location, directly across the street from Barefoot Beach & Doc's Beach House. There were a couple of simple things to fix that could've easily made it a 5 star stay. Upon arrival, the 1st thing we noticed was the refrigerator door handle hanging off the fridge-completely broken off. In the bathroom, the drain plug was completely disconnected from anything so it was either remove the plug, or nothing went down the drain. As soon as the sun set, the condo becomes gloomy with barely any lighting - definitely none in the sitting area. An easy fix would be a floor lamp behind the TV. The curtains on the window and slider do not completely cover either window so it affected privacy & morning sun shining in your face. It just needs 1 more panel on each window and it would easily cover. The TV had regular cable channels, but would not recognize any wifi in order to use our own streaming services. Fine for our short stay, but if you stayed any longer than a few days, this would become a problem. There was no vacuum of any kind in the condo so after several beach days there was no way to get rid of the sand. There was broom, but that can only do so much. Again, slightly annoying for a short stay but would become a bigger problem for any longer. The 2 larger problems were the front door security chain and the mattresses. The front door chain had one screw completely unattached rendering it useless. Both full mattresses were horribly uncomfortable.
