Wonderful apartment!

Captain's Quarters was convenient, comfortable, and had all we needed. Location is fabulous - we walked to lunch, sailing trips, dinner, shopping ~ everywhere!

We absolutely loved this apartment, the location was the best to be able to look out the window to downtown was awesome. The apartment was so quaint, perfect in every way we will definitely stay there again.

Not a good choice for seniors!

The location and apartment where very nice. Is located right down town, but you only have a street view…no bay views. The parking space is about a block and a half away next to a car parts store in a dirt lot and then after walking your luggage to the location, you have to climb 20 steps straight up to get to the apartment door. By the time we reached the apartment door we were worn out. This is why I say Not for seniors!

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful experience. It was so fun being able to walk everywhere in town instead of driving. Everything was clearly communicated and efficient for checking in and out and advance. The only two things that were minor were we couldn’t get the tv to work and there were small little ants in the bathroom and living room that were around. Not sure where they came thing! I would stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in booth bay harbor. It was perfect for our family of four with two small boys!

Perfect weekend getaway

Our family of four, children 8 & 10, stayed at this perfect location for 2 nights. It was a mini stop on our coastal trip of Maine. Walking distance to all the great restaurants, ice cream and shopping.

Wonderful, clean, beautiful, well-located

What a lovely stay we had! The place was spotless, well-appointed and perfect for my mother, my wife, and me. We loved being in the center of town -- everything you want is right outside the front door. The only thing to note was that people are loud at night on the street but that's what earplugs are for! We'll definitely be back at some point!

Needs television instructions

We have enjoyed our stay here for two years, but both times, there were no instructions whatsoever for either television. The living room tv, and the bedroom tv each had three remotes and no amount of effort was successful. Last year, the owner had to fix the problem. This year, we needed the tv because of all the rainy weather. We got a lot of sympathy from Turnkey but it was never resolved. We likely won’t be back to this delightful place because we don’t feel full price is worth anyplace without television. Otherwise, very clean.

Well, well, well

Well located, well built, well appointed, well decorated, well kept, well cleaned---well provisioned is up to you---and you will have, well, a great stay. we did What a nice place to read the Bible and worship our Lord Jesus Christ. Great location, no Air Conditioning

This spot was clean, safe, right in the heart of Boothbay. It did get hot during the day because there was no air Conditioning. At night we could open windows for a nice breeze. We stayed out all day and waited for evening before we returned to avoid the stifling rooms.

Definitely coming back!

Perfect location to enjoy charming Boothbay Harbor. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfortable. Loved the view of the shops from the window.

Very happy and pleased with the whole experience

The whole week was wonderful for my wife and I! The property was exactly as listed and described. We have been going to Boothbay Harbor for years and we enjoy it each time. The Captains Quarters has the best accomodations we have stayed at. The location is perfect; right in the middle of the action! Highly recommend it! The only point of caution is for people with mobility concerns. There is a fair walk for those with walking issues and a few stairs up to the property.

Great Location

Perfect location!

Apartment was just what our family of 4 needed. Pictures on VRBO are perfect... Enough room, great amenities, and perfect location. The only downside are the stairs to the 2nd floor landing, but our teens were able to carry the luggage and groceries for us. Definitely would rent again!

Perfect Location

We were very happy with our stay. We would have liked HD television for the Red Sox game but the accommodations were very nice. Comfy bed, nice kitchen, clean new bathroom, close to everything. We will stay here again!

Absolutely phenomenal apartment in the center of Boothbay Harbor!

The apartment is fantastic. The online picture does not do it justice. It is completely updated, sparkling clean, and totally comfortable. The location can't be beat, it is literally in the center of Boothbay Harbor. I highly recommend Betty's apartment it is much nicer than any of the waterfront hotels in the center!
