Tout était parfait. L’appartement est idéalement situé aux Chartrons, quartier bohème chic de Bordeaux avec beaucoup de cachet. Beaucoup de commerces de proximité ouverts même le dimanche, restaurants, le marché à 2 pas. L’appartement de Bérénice est sublime et très bien équipé. Quant à Eliane, une dame avec beaucoup de sens du service. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons adoré séjourner chez Bérénice. À très bientôt, c’est certain! Franck & Mélanie

Un élégant appartement situé au bord de la Garonne et à deux pas du magnifique vieux Bordeaux!
Tout était parfait, grand appartement, très propre et excellemment équipé: Livres, cd’s, tout pour faire la cuisine, et sans oublier une élégante décoration! Une magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la Garonne, très beau panorama sur la ville et tout est à deux pas. Le marché des Chartrons le dimanche matin, les balades dans le vieux Bordeaux ou dans ses nouveaux quartiers. Très bon accueil de Bérénice (une charmante attention nous attendait), bonnes explications sur les activités et les bons restos dans le coin. Et en plus un garage, parfait pour laisser la voiture se reposer pendant que l on visite! Nous reviendrons! (Il ne nous a manqué que les piques à Bigorneaux!😀) Merci beaucoup pour cette belle expérience! !

Bordeaux est une très belle ville, le quartier des Chartrons est charmant, l appartement idéalement situé, très bien conçu et décoré avec goût. Bérénice nous a accueilli avec simplicité et gentillesse. Tout est pensé pour notre confort, des doses de café au gel douche en passant par une multitude de coussins pour les soirées cocooning et tout le matériel de puériculture. Merci!

Impeccable !
Propriété de grande classe idéalement située avec une vue époustouflante sur la Garonne et ses quais. Équipement complet. Le centre-ville de Bordeaux est à quelques minutes et le tram passe devant l'immeuble. Garage fort utile car les stationnements sont très rares. Bref, si on revient, nous n'hésiterons pas à refaire le même choix. Denis Roy

Superbe appartement entièrement rénové au dernier plancher d'un très bel édifice situé directement sur la promenade du Quai des Chartrons. La vue est imprenable, tant à l'avant sur les quais, qu'à l'arrière sur la cathédrale et les toîts du quartier Notre Dame. Très beau quartier avec boutiques et restaurants à moins de 500 mètres! Lumineux et spacieux, cet endroit donne envie de flâner, cuisiner et profiter du temps qui passe..... Tous les équipements sont en très bon état et il ne manque absolument rien, même un panier à emplettes ! Ne manquez surtout pas le Marché des Chartrons, directement au pied de l'édifice tous les dimanches matin. Nous voyagions avec nos deux filles dans la vingtaine qui occupaient la deuxième chambre, tout aussi spacieuse et confortable que la chambre maître. Salle de bain au goût du jour avec bain à remous, très apprécié après une journée de marche dans les rues de Bordeaux! Notez aussi que le quartier est très paisible et sécuritaire. Si Bordeaux est votre destination, n'hésitez pas un instant à louer cet appartement!

Merci, cher visiteur, pour cette appréciation tout à fait réjouissante. Juste une petite précision à ajouter, l'appartement ne donne pas sur la cathédrale de Bordeaux mais sur l'Eglise Saint Louis des Chartrons, rue Notre Dame. Revenez quand vous voulez !

An amazing apartment
What a fabulous place - it's even better than we imagined. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, wonderful views, quiet yet close to everything. The attention to detail is incredible - including the different coloured towels so each guest knows which is theirs. Berenice provides great information on what to do and communication was fast and clear. It really is a luxurious place and we can't wait to return.

Our 5 night stay in this apartment has been wonderful! We cannot fault a thing! Super comfy, clean beds. We had a great time in Bordeaux at Bérénice's apartment. Everthing you need is supplied (including a surprisingly spacious laundry room) and you're super close to anything else you could want. The neighborhood is really lively, but also safe -- and quiet at night. AC was a wonderful plus since it was quite hot while we were there.

This flat is perfect and the owner is amazing. We stayed in the flat as a family of four two adults and two kids ages 11 and 6. We came after quite a stressful experience from our prior trip. The owner went above and beyond to help us during an incredibly difficult time. She was absolutely fabulous. Her response time was amazing. The flat itself is located in the heart of the city with access to all tourist attractions and restaurants. The flat is clean and easily accommodates any family with everything you need. The lift is necessary for any luggage. The flat makes you feel just like at home. There's simply nothing you will need that is not in the flat. Absolutely recommend in every way the owner and the flat.

BEST property in Bordeaux
This was a long awaited trip and was well worth the wait. Berenice is outstanding and so is her property. It has everything including an elevator, garage, two big bedrooms, bathtub, shower, washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. But the BEST part of this apartment is the VIEW. It is awesome. So many of my pictures from Bordeaux are from her terrace. Also Eglise-Saint Louis-Des-Chartons in the back of the apartment is amazing at sunset. We will definitely be going back to Bordeaux (it is such a charming city with great people) and when we do we will be staying at Berenice's place: A Terrace With a View.

Phantastische Lage an der Garonne
Lage und Ausstattung 1a, trotz hoher Temperaturen bis 38 ° war es durch Klimaanlage sehr gut auszuhalten. Fußläufig zur Altstadt, durch Tram sind auch entferntere Ziele gut zu erreichen. Das Viertel selbst sehr interessant mit vielen Restaurants und Bars, teilweise direkt vor der Haustür, trotzdem ruhig.

Alles perfekt! Bordeaux von seiner schönsten Seite.
Das Apartment liegt wunderbar im schönsten Viertel von Bordeaux. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet - wie versprochen - tolle Ausblicke über die Stadt. Sonntag Morgen liegt einem der Markt am Quai von Chartrons zu Füßen und am Abend eine schön beleuchtete Stadt. Chartrons bietet gute Restaurants, anspruchsvolle Geschäfte und interessante Baugeschichte Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und kommen wieder!

We spent a week visiting Bordeaux and found this property to be a perfect location for our visit. You could walk to anywhere in the city, had a great view from the balcony and getting to the countryside to visit Chateaux was no problem. Berenice was most welcoming and accommodating.

Overlooking beautiful Bordeaux
The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Extremely comfortable, lacking nothing. One of the nicest VRBO's that we have ever stayed in. The view over Bordeaux and the river creates an elegant ambiance. We loved Bordeaux. We stayed 5 nights and there was more that we wanted to see. Great restaurants everywhere ( kitchens close from 2:30 until 7:30 and many closed on Sun. and/or Mon.), but that didn't stop us from having great lunches and dinners everyday. Berenice was wonderful. Very professional with booking and always sensitive to our needs. While away on vacation she arranged for Eliane to meet us and acclimate us to the details of the apartment. She left us some scrumptious caneles, called to see how things were going, visited us upon her return and offered to call the cab the early morning of our departure. When you combine the attentiveness of the owner, with this gorgeous apartment, you get a five star rating.

Heaven on Earth
Words cannot describe the beauty of this apartment. The balcony has the most beautiful view and we enjoyed sitting out there every evening of our 5 day stay. Our host and her assistant are two of the kindest people you will ever meet and we had very easy communication. Every question was answered in a very timely fashion. The apartment is very luxurious, the beds super comfy with high-end linens. There is a jacuzzi tub which feels wonderful after a long travel day. Complete with a washer/dryer so you don't have to pack as much since you can do laundry. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can cook as we did one night. Everything you need including a wine decanter for that lovely bottle of wine that you might buy after visiting the beautiful Medoc region that is so very close.The apartment is only two blocks from the town square where there are so many places to eat, Chez Dupont was our favorite and we celebrated my birthday there. The host has lots of books about the region so you can find inspiration for how to explore the region. The apartment is the entire top floor of a beautiful building built in the 17th century as a wine cave and such great care has been taken to keep the historical features of the building in tact. There is also a private elevator to the apartment which wonderful for me with disability issues. Such a bargain compared to a hotel or other Homeaway for what you get, a very spacious, elegant and comfortable home with a gorgeous view and very wonderful location, close to everything you want to do in Bordeaux. Do not hesitate, you won't be sorry,

Lovely Flat for your time in Bordeaux!
Great location - you can walk everywhere. Lots of space to hang out and enjoy the view. The Sunday market is right out front and it’s a must! Berenice was the perfect host - all of your questions are answered and she has great information in a book for restaurants, shopping and sites. Check in and check out went exactly as promised. Lovely apartment in the heart of the City.
This apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean with a beautiful view of water/promenade. Easily walkable to most attractions. I would have given this apartment 5 stars except the host became quite rude a day into our stay with her communication to us. We had to change our arrival time unexpectedly (2 hours later than expected) for which we provided over 4 hours notice. She thanked us for letting her know and made arrangements to have her housekeeper let us in but the following day we received a very rude email blaming us for the delay and the inconvenience it caused her. The rude communication was surprising and not appreciated. Aside from that the apartment was lovely and we would recommend to others. Onsite parking is very tight and as such was not convenient for us. We found parking at a lot down the street much easier.

Thank you for your kind comments on the appartment. Out of 141 reviewers, you are the first one to have found me rude. Being rude is not part of my education. May I just explain that organising check ins and check outs on the same day is somewhat a complicated task. I always try to to organize convenient times for everyone. But when a time is fixed, I ask my guest to stick to it. You had just wished to take your time on the way. You did warn me a couple of hours ahead. So then my help had to spend all of her Sunday afternoon waiting for you instead of being with her family.

Wonderful first stay in a beautiful city
This apartment is a treasure. Large, nice sitting/ living area, great dining space and an absolutely stunning view of the balcony. The washer/ dryer did a good job. When we're stayed the weather was up and down and the heating/ air conditioning seemed to work well. I always have trouble with units with nothing but symbols. It got very cold our last two days and even though it always seemed to be blowing cold air the home never got cold so it worked. Some nice touches should be mentioned like an extra large hot water tank so we're never had to worry, the shower has both stationary rain head and hand held, also I seem to always slip in the shower this one had a mat to put down to avoid that. Berenice also has a wonderful welcome book with super recommendations. I hope we make it back to Bordeaux and if we do I only hope we are able to stay here.
