Wish the directions for the fireplace were more clear, as we couldn't start it since there were no instructions for a particular part, and there also was no shampoo, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, the stay was great. They had a delicious breakfast that they happened to be doing which as really nice and the bedding was very comfortable. Amenities were great. Will be back for sure. »

« Cet hôtel fut une très bonne surprise. J'ai séjourné pendant 2 nuits au mois d'août, dans cet établissement et je ne fut pas déçu. La chambre était très agréable, équipée d'une cuisine, d'un réfrigérateur, etc... Un Spa est disponible aussi ainsi que des barbecues d'excellente qualité (Weber). L'hôtel propose beaucoup de service comme le prêt de vélo. Si vous séjournez au lac Tahoë, n'hésitez pas. »

« The Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe is a very impressive property sitting on top of a mountainside in the Northstar resort area about halfway between Truckee and Kings Beach. Service was world class, from the second we arrived until we left all the staff we interacted were very accommodating and were good at anticipating our needs.
