Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Uns wurde bei der Buchung von einigen Aktivitäten in Boston geholfen , bzw.eine Angestellte des Hotels hat die Buchungen für uns vorgenommen .Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet.Sehr gutes WLan .

Es schien, als ob die Putzperson nicht ganz fertig war mit dem Zimmer. Es waren Sachen noch im Kühlschrank, und der Eiseimer hatte noch Wasser drin. Schade, dass sie kein einfaches Frühstück anbieten. Am Morgen hat's geregnet, und wir hatten weder Lust zum McDonald's zu laufen noch raus in den vielen Verkehr zu fahren. Die Gänge rochen nicht so besonders gut.

The pillows where terrible and the noise in the corridor woke me up in the middle of the night. Only 2 small towels available. The bed sheets were nice and the mattress not terrible. Good shower. On average it is safe to say that is worth the price.

Staff was VERY VERY sweet the entire time we were there. There was a lot of sketchy foot traffic in and out of the casino and the property could definitely use a renovation as the vents and property looked a little outdated. We did enjoy our stay!
