- No events or large gatherings permitted
- Linens, bath/hand/wash towels and start-up toiletries are provided.
- No smoking (cigarettes or other) anywhere on property, including outdoor areas. There is a $250 fine if violated.
- We are located near a busy intersection and backing out of the driveway can be slightly challenging during high traffic times. There are sound machines in the front facing bedrooms.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds.
