« My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible). « Room was clean, pool area is great for kids and adults. If you don’t want the noise of the pool area they have many rooms that are quieter »

The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. « My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors. »
