« We arrived a bit after 9:30pm and waited in line to checkin. The front desk clerk was friendly and calmly handled the long line. The main lobby and dining area looked nice. That is where the positive statements end. When you enter the hallway for available rooms and elevators, you are instantly smacked with the foul odor of weed and animals. « Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there. »

« The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room. »

« The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. « I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE! »

« Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor. »
