Our family checked in and headed straight to the pool (the main purpose for our rental) only to find out that it requires a key card to get in - which we did not have. After calling the owner we were told there was supposed to be one in our room. There was not. „If I could give 10 stars I would! The host is an absolute pleasure to talk to! Excellent communication and response time. We had a group of 8 for a ski weekend. The condo location is great, you can see the lifts from the balcony. You are at the lifts in minutes. Condo has everything you need including box fans in each room (love that!) and a fireplace you can actually use. Thank you for a great weekend!“
