„Zimmer ok, aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Personal hat Zimmerpreis gleich von zwei verschiedenen Kreditkarten abgebucht, was mir Stress verursacht.“

„Room was clean and comfortable and quiet! Breakfast was good and it was close to our construction site so it worked out well!“

„The room was clean an the inkeeper was very helpful! A nice place to spend the night! Bed was super comfortable!“

„We only stayed one night but it was a great place to stay with our dogs. It was clean, beds were great and it was close to everything. They charged a flat rate fee for the dogs. Not per dog. ❤️“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House manager Terri was a wonderful host. She was available and ready to make sure you were happy with your room. Our room was lovely. The whole house is immaculate. Parking was available right outside the house. Terri put out a wonderful spread for breakfast. She had many delicious items on a beautifully laid out table.“

„Clean room, comfortable bed, staff were helpful, charming historical Inn“

„Alanah (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was an absolute delight! 10/10 customer service all the way. I was trying to figure out the parking situation and she went above and beyond to help me not get ticketed/ towed. She’s so friendly and has such a great attitude. I will be returning!“

„Hot food needs to be refilled more quickly.“

„Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you ...

„One of the two beds was broken with wooden slats with nails sticking out of them falling from bottom of the bed - bed then leaned to one side- when we called manager she offered room with one bed and no heat - when we opened back window room filled with gas smell - other residents complained the heat was not working on second floor - mirrors were tiny and lighting was awful making it impossible to get ready for a wedding“

„This was a very nice motel; we really enjoyed our stay here. The property is in excellent condition and clean, the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, only complaint was the dining area is too small for the number of guests, generally had to wait around for seating.“
