« Overall we really loved it, but had a few things that deterred me from giving it 5 stars. First off, the check in was super easy and the room and property were well maintained. We loved the fact the beach was a short walk away and that we could come back and relax in the pool. However, the pool was HOT!!! « The property was just as listed. Walk less than 100 ft and you’re on a beautiful white sand beach. The trolley has a north and south bound stop within 75 ft of the cottage. Jill communicates very well and ensures your stay is going well. Will be staying again. »

« The owner was in constant contact and made the process seamless. The location is perfect so we didn't have to deal with any beach traffic which is worth it in itself. Perfect views and accomodations. The owner went to great legnths to make sure that the property had everything we needed including beach umbrellas and wagons to take to the beach. Overall awesome experience well worth the money. We will be back for sure! »

« Property was as advertised. Perfect location with 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to resteraunts, shops and free trolley. Communication with Mike was great , check in a breeze. The unit was cozy and clean, everything you need is here. It was a perfect stay. Got to meet Mike in person and ge was very polite and sincere checking on us. Cant go wrong with this place. »

« The cottage was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked great for most our needs. It was just a short walk to the beach. Just a couple minor suggestions and this cottage would be exceptional. I thought it could use few hooks by the shower and sink for towels. While there were an abundance of linnens,which is nice but it left little room for storage of clothes and personal items in the drawers. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider staying here again. »

« The location is excellent. You couldn’t ask for anything better . Stayed there now 4 times. This is first time staying for 7 days. Only complaint I had was there weren’t enough bath towels. Only had four for entire week for three people and we had to do our own laundry for clean towels. I would suggest more towels in room or a service to bring more mid week. Beach chairs were ready to fall apart. Needs to be updated a little more often. Overall stay was still good. »
