Adorable 1-bedroom condo in beautiful Bradenton Beach with AC

  • I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a kitchenette. It has a king size bed, cozy chairs and a kitchenette with one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

    The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the ground floor so no stairs to climb! A short walk to the pool and the beach.

    Youtube Tortuga Inn- Anna Maria Island if you are not familiar with the resort for videos. Research trip advisor to see the high ratings and guest experiences. Questions about the room please contact me.

    It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

    Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and mini fridge. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.

His unit was an unexpected joy. Everything we needed was there from a comfortable bed to a spacious bathroom all with ample privacy. We enjoyed our time as much or more than any of our many weekend getaways on AMI. We will rent this unit again.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I! Located in walking distance to Bridge Street and just steps from the beach. Enjoyed the chairs available on the beach and it made it so convenient! Room and property were clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

It definitely is not a condo by most defiinitions but was adequate for what I needed. A closet would have been nice or at least somewhere to hang things. Great location!

We had a great time at John’s rental, as it was a big trip for us - a birthday and a proposal on the beach (she did say yes, by the way). We had everything we needed and the only thing I would recommend is a white noise machine (which we take with us anyway) to drown out conversations from next door.

Fantastic stay - directly across the street from the beach (with beach chairs and an umbrella) and easy access to the pool! Walking distance to a number of restaurants. The only complaint is that the vacation ended too soon! We will be back!!

It is NOT a condo. It is a hotel room one king bed with a bathroom no kitchen NOT a one-bedroom condo. It is not on the beach even though the pictures look like it is on beach, it is close, but you have to across the busy road, NOT on the beach. The faucet in the bathroom was not bolted down and moved around, the toilet was rocking back and forth when sat on, the bed did not fit well in the room, I kept hitting my knee while getting around it. You walk out in a fenced in patio then into the courtyard; however, I would call it an alley. Differently not as described. Also had a funny smell in it. I will never do this again I've stayed in hotel rooms bigger for a lot less. Wish I could post my pictures and video.
