Bay Pearl is a bayfront Bradenton Beach condo located one block from the Gulf of Mexico and on the bay.

The open living area brings the kitchen with counter seating, and living room together in one bright, connected space, with a large island and woven counter stools overlooking a comfortable living room that leads out to the balcony.

The home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a king bedroom and a queen bedroom that connects to an additional twin‑over‑twin bunk area, creating a flexible setup for families or small groups.

Guests can enjoy the public dock behind the building for fishing, picking up or dropping off passengers, or tying off a boat during the day. Overnight mooring isn't permitted, and the larger dock with lifts is not available for guest use.

The condo is stocked with beach towels, chairs, and a beach wagon, along with professional linen service, a washer and dryer, and complimentary WiFi. One assigned parking space is provided, and additional guest parking is available on a first‑come basis near the bays.
