  • I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a kitchenette. It has a queen size bed and a pullout couch, kitchenette and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

    The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach can be seen from from balcony.

    Youtube Tortuga Inn- Anna Maria Island if you are not familiar with the resort for videos. Research trip advisor to see the high ratings and guest experiences. Questions about the room please contact me.

    It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

    Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking utensils. The living room is very spacious with a couch. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.

    If you are looking for additional rooms our son has 4 properties at Tortuga. You can check out the VRBO listing by entering these ID's in the VRBO search engine; 7850036 and 1626279 are both 1 bedroom condos and 2065681 and 7850036 are both studio condo options.

I highly recommend this place. It’s a unique and wonderful spot to enjoy with your family. It’s quiet, peaceful, and just a few steps from the beach. The room was great for 2 of us. The beach was so close and we didn’t need anything. Chairs were provided and the room had an umbrella we used. It was very convent to Bridge Street and several restaurants.

Perfect beach location, would definitely book again, all though it was spring break so lots of children in the pool which we did not get to enjoy but we did hit the beach, we would go at another time.

This rental is super cute and close to the beach! It was also close to a lot of restaurants and bars so we could walk if we wanted to. Sunsets were beautiful, room was clean and nice and cold for FL heat. Bed was comfy, shower had great water pressure! It was an amazing room and we had a great experience!

Perfect place for a long weekend stay at the beach for two. Super clean room with nice amenities both inside and at the property itself. The property has two pools, and provides beach lounge chairs for guests free of charge and already handy out at the beach. There are charcoal grills, washers and dryers for guests who don’t have them in their units, as well as a boat dock on the bay side of the property. Our only negatives were the bed being too firm for our liking, as well as bright outside lights at night that made it difficult to darken the room enough for our taste when sleeping.

Such easy access to the beach and all of the island. Our room was cozy and quaint with everything we expected in a studio apt. A for cleanliness, the bed was super comfortable and the a/c worked great. We will definitely be back again.

This was a great place to stay. We loved the beach access. Everything was also very clean. The only complication was that although it says you can arrive early or stay late and use the pool or beach, you need the parking pass that’s in the room.

We had such a great weekend getaway. I am very thankful for the patience and responsiveness of the host as our plans seemed to change a bit due to weather. The explanation of the property and where to park and navigate around the property was so clear and made everything perfect and seamless. The condo was perfect and enjoyable. We had everything we needed and the location is perfect, in walking distance to everything. We very much enjoyed our stay!
