Perfect stay all around!

Our stay at Floridaze was perfect! The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, the house was impeccably clean and well maintained, the pool and games were a perfect way to keep the kids busy between trips to the beach. Just a quick walk or golf cart ride to one of many public beach access spots. Thank you!!

Best family vacation ever.

The house was in a perfect location at the beginning of Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. The house was laid out beautifully and the beachy theme was carried throughout the house. The beds were so comfy and each room accommodated our crew of 8 adults, 6 kids under age 14 plus a toddler. The pool and outdoor areas were used from daylight until dark. The 2 wagons and all the chairs for a big crew were provided and gave us all we needed for the beach which was about a half block and easy walk to the beach. We came back to the beach each night to watch the sunsets and the kids run on the beach. I just got home but I would turn around and go back to the same house and do it all again. Already looking for dates in 2025 or maybe fall if 2024

Wonderful Property

The pictures online are truly “you get what you see” which was so refreshing as that is not always the case. We did a family vacation with 8 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 7 months to 12 and everyone had a great time and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a hit with all, the beach is a short walk and the free Trolley was convenient to explore the island, get to restaurants, etc. There were a lot of other things to do at the house too such as arcade games, ping pong, basketball which we all enjoyed playing. The only negative thing to mention is the garbage situation. We followed the instructions but the garbage service did not pick up the regular garbage all week. Not sure if cans needed to be rolled out to edge of street, but we were not instructed to do so, therefore we left them in original location which is pretty close to the street. Then again we didn’t move the recycle bin and it was emptied. Great place that we will definitely keep on the list as an option for future vacations.

BEST Vacation Rental

Our group of 4 adults and 6 kids (2-8 years old) stayed at Floridaze during the week of Easter Spring Break. It was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in! The house was exactly as described/shown in the listing, was extremely clean, very well stocked with beach and pool toys, as well as kitchen equipment. We LOVED the backyard and used the pool and hot tub every day. The location is just a 2 minute walk from the beach and an easy drive to any part of the island, especially Bridge Street. I would give this house more than 5 stars if I could and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Beach House Real Estate for the great stay!

Perfect for my 60th birthday celebration with kids and grandkids!

Great location! No issues with the neighborhood and very short walk to beach. House is exactly as listed. Clean and plenty of room for everyone, 8 adults and 8 kids (2 tots who slept in parents' rooms). Garage games and game room were a fav of the grandkids when not in the pool or at the beach. Outside pool area is so nice for hanging out and plenty of space for all of us to eat lunch by the pool. It was so perfect, I hate to mention anything negative but it would have been nice to have some extra bath towels (1 pp available) and extra linens (no pillow cases for extra pillows) and kitchen dish towels. Again, perfect week at Floridaze!

Beautiful home; Short on supplies

Beautiful home! Accommodated 6 adults and 4 children comfortably! Ideal location to walk to the beach and trolley. We loved our stay but the house was not stocked with casserole dishes or a electric griddle to help with cooking for a large crowd . Additionally, there were no blankets or cleaning supplies.

Perfect!

To add any description to a review entitled Perfect risks understating how great Floridaze is. Location is less than 500’ from the water. The rooms, yard and all the features to help entertain the kids were spot on. AMI can be intense with way too much traffic and density. Floridaze is a respite from that.

Amazing house

As soon as we walked in the house smelled super clean. Looked exactly like the photos! We had plenty of room for all 10 guests and the kids loved the bedrooms! We had a blast with the amazing pool and the ping pong table was great! The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and super short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

First Time in AMI

Our party had 14 guests, 8 adults and 6 children between the ages of 8-16. The space was perfect for us. Each child had their own room and kids each had a room - 1 for boys, 1 for girls. The pool area is set up perfectly for kids and adults. Pool and hot tub were clean and both used a lot. We were a 2 minute walk to the beach, where we spent time every day. House is a short 15 minute walk to Bridge Street or a 2 minute trolly ride. Location was perfect for our group. Can’t wait to go back.
