Everything about our stay was excellent. We loved the backyard; the pool was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. The location to the beach and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. Right across the street from the beach. We can't wait to visit Anna Maria again and are looking forward to renting from Goldie during our next stay! Thank you for having us!

Everything was better than advertised! Proximity to beach was perfect especially given the daily traffic. Watch out for construction because that definitely affects the commute around the island. House was great and had everything we needed and more! Pool was clean and plenty of seating on the deck. Property owner was super responsive the whole time. Will definitely rent this property again!

Adorable house on Anna Maria Island

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect and we loved having the pool and Tiki Bar. Communicating with the owners was easy and they were lovely to work with. Would definitely recommend the house for a trip to beautiful AMI.

Beautiful Bradenton Beach Property

Beautiful home within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Provided everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway. The kids loved the pool! Goldie the host was accommodating and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Sanctuary!

Great place, awesome backyard oasis, quaint and short walk down the street to the gulf. Neighbors were so friendly and laid back. Cant wait to go again!

Great Getaway

Walking distance to both the beach and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for a group of 5 and we loved the pool! Goldie was very communicative and welcoming!

This property's location was a really short walk to the beach. The pool was amazing - nicely heated and a great size. Our 1.5 and 5.5 year old kids loved it and we enjoyed the outside area. The bedrooms were small but that was fine. We are glad we got a mini crib for our youngest, a standard crib would not have fit in either bedroom (which was fine). The property was really clean and was well stocked with essentials for a pool/beach vacation (cups, plates, silverware, koozies, cooler for the beach, beach toys, beach wagon, beach chairs, floats for the pool). The local host was helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Great Vacation home

Cute home, very clean and organized. Pool and back yard were fantastic and so relaxing and enjoyable. We ate outside and swam several times a day. Beach access less than 5 minutes. Wonderful vacation.

Location, location, LOCATION!

The house is approximately a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access! You are within walking distance of great restaurants. And about 3-5 minutes from jet ski rentals. The pool and backyard are also great! We spent so much of our time swimming and hanging out in the evenings after long days at the beach. The house is exactly like the pictures and is equipped with all the necessities.

Great place for a family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Goldie was very responsive to every text message and was accommodating with allowing us to check in early. The property was nice because it was separated and therefore you could escape for a little breathing room, if needed. The pool was fantastic, very relaxing and just big enough. The location to the beach entrance, restaurants, and grocery store couldn't have been better. We walked or Ubered everywhere. Property was clean, everything was well maintained. Very nice.

Perfect get away

The house was a little smaller than I expected, but it worked just perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. Very clean and well put together. Convenient to everything. Would recommend!

Everything was great. The property is as listed. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed it very much.

The beach access is a very short walk, the pool was amazing. The house is true to the listing, the set up worked great for my husband and I and my in laws and their daughter. There were many restaurants very close and a grocery store pretty close too.

Family Vacation

This little house was so cute and just enough room for my family and my mom. The kids loved the pool and we love the area. Bridge street is walking distance. Beach is super close and great places to eat in walking distance. Goldie was super nice and very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing beach house!

I stayed here with my husband, kids, and mother. This place was an amazing place to relax after Disney world. The boys absolutely loved their private swimming pool. The home and yard are well maintained and everything was so clean. They had everything to prepare you for the short walk to the beach including a fold out wagon, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The only thing we bought for our boys was bougie boards and we left those behind for the next family. Overall, great place to stay. Definitely want to plan a trip back!

Beautiful home!

We had a fabulous stay! The house was incredibly clean, the backyard was perfect, and it was such a close walk to the beach. If you are looking for an Anna Maria Island getaway, this house is the answer. There is not an abundance of room indoors, but it is incredibly cozy and decorated. We spent the majority of our time outside - thankfully there are umbrellas, chairs, and a large pool to enjoy the space!

Wonderful place!

Cute and clean place!! Pool was beautiful. Kitchen fully stocked! If you’re going to stay there for awhile especially with kids I would recommend getting a small thing of dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. Also some board games or inside things in case it’s a rainy day!

Great location and awesome poo area!

The backyard is what really makes this place great! We ended up spending more time in the pool than at the beach because it was so nice. The layout of the house is a bit quirky, but having two kitchens actually ended up being a plus since we didn’t eat out at all, and the backyard has plenty of seating so everyone can dine together. Note that the third bedroom is only accessible through the second bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for us, but might not be right for some groups. Overall a great spot for you Branderon Beach / Anna Maria vacation!
