Beach days, IMG visits, and a little time to unwind. This private 1-bedroom guest suite in West Bradenton has its own entrance, driveway, and patio with a gas fire pit. Start the morning with coffee outside, spend the day exploring Anna Maria Island, then settle in for a movie. A queen bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi make it easy to feel at home. Please note: this suite does not include access to the main house or its pool.

Beach traffic varies, especially during busy seasons, so allow extra time for trips to the island. Any beach or public recreation facilities pictured in the gallery are nearby attractions, not amenities at the suite.

You’ll have private access to the guest suite, its patio and yard area, and your dedicated driveway. Entry is through your own keypad entrance, with check-in instructions sent before arrival.

The main house is a separate rental. Its interior, outdoor areas, and pool are not part of this booking.

YOUR OWN LITTLE FLORIDA GETAWAY
This approximately 600-square-foot guest suite is one of two homes on the property. It has a separate entrance, dedicated driveway, and its own outdoor space. The main house is rented separately.

SLEEP & UNWIND
The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living area has a pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. Two smart TVs and Wi-Fi make a quiet night in easy after a beach day or a busy day at IMG.

COFFEE & LIGHT MEALS
The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, single-burner hot plate, toaster, coffee maker, and basic kitchenware. It works well for breakfast, snacks, and simple meals. This is a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen.

YOUR PRIVATE PATIO
Take your coffee outside in the morning or gather around the gas fire pit in the evening. You have a private patio, outdoor seating, and yard space. The yard is not fully fenced.

BEACH DAYS & EVERYDAY EXTRAS
Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels are provided. The washer and dryer are in the closet on your private patio. A Pack ’n Play, high chair, and baby monitor are available upon request.

POOL ACCESS
The main house and its pool are not included with this suite.

A car is the most convenient way to explore Bradenton, visit IMG Academy, and head to Anna Maria Island. Free parking is available in your dedicated driveway.

Rideshare services are another option; availability and wait times vary. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) serve the area. Allow extra travel time during peak season and beach traffic.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Starter supplies
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you settled. For longer stays, please plan to replenish these as needed.

TV & streaming
There is no cable service. Use your own streaming accounts on the two smart TVs, and remember to sign out before checkout.

Pets
Approved non-shedding dogs are welcome. Please contact us before bringing a dog. Dogs must be house-trained, and guests must pick up after them. We cannot accommodate cats. The yard is not fully fenced.

Smoking, parties & quiet hours
No smoking indoors and no parties or events. A $300 fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors and guests in the separate main house.

Exterior camera
One exterior security camera faces the driveway and records video and audio. There are no cameras inside the suite. Please do not cover, disconnect, or tamper with the camera.

Routine property care
Lawn care and other routine exterior services may take place during daytime hours. Advance notice is not always available. If you’d like a heads-up, let us know after booking and we’ll do our best to coordinate.

The main house and pool are not included with the guest suite.
