Newly renovated home includes 4BR/4 BA with a detached garage and suite that includes an additonal 1BR/1BA for more privacy.

-Two separate bedrooms have king beds as well as their own private bathroom.
-One bedroom with queen bed & dresser as well as desk for working purposes.
- 1 bedroom with two twin bunk beds that sleeps a total of 4 people. High chair & pack & play are also provided for the stay.

Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities including air fryer, Keurig, etc.

11 GUEST Maximum occupancy regardless of age (This includes visitors).
UNREGISTERED GUESTS: $57/night + TAX per guest.
UNREGISTERED GUESTS or VISITORS are not permitted on the property at any time (without prior permission). Please communicate with us. Thank you!
All infants (under age 2) after the first infant are counted towards the total number of guests. All children age 2 and older are always counted as guests.
NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE OUTSIDE: We want everyone to have fun but this is a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Please be respectful!
QUIET HOURS: 10PM-8AM. (We just ask to please keep noise at reasonable levels to respect our neighbors).
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES
NO PARTIES
NO LATE CHECK OUTS: We are unable to offer late check-outs due to our cleaners` schedules and booked calendars.

NO Fireworks at all on the property. Please utilize the public places designated for fireworks
NO Balloons in the Pool. Popped Balloons cause damage to pool pump.
We provide 1 towel per guest, with extra towels on site if needed!

PARKING RULES:
Driveway Parking ONLY
NO parking on the street
NO TRAILERS parked on Turf or Street. If a trailer is brought, it must be parked in the driveway.


FINES & FEES:
POOL HEAT: $40/night
UNREGISTERED GUESTS / VISITORS: $57/Night +TAX
LATE CHECKOUT: $500 Between 10:00-11:00. From 11:00-12:00: $1000. After 12:00, its equal to Half of the arriving guest’s reservation. Please be aware we are unable to offer late checkouts due to our cleaners’ schedules and booked calendars.
