This house was the perfect place for relaxation and entertainment. The pool and spa were perfect for the days we didn’t want to go out. The outdoor kitchen was awesome. Being screened in made our meals outside bug free and beautiful. The wifi didn’t reach the outdoor tv so it kept cutting out making that pretty useless. WiFi also had trouble getting to the garage tv. Putting in wifi extenders would help with those issues. The beach chairs and the wagon were a great bonus for our beach days. All the games, golfing, bikes, and the ping pong table were fabulous. The kids (9 & 12) were never bored here. We stayed a week and none of us were ready to leave! The only things that could be improved would be to have a couple more supplies to get through the whole week. A couple extra toilet paper rolls and bigger bottles of shampoo/conditioner would have been amazing. Lastly, there were several dishes that we pulled out of the cabinet that were completely unwashed. Plates with pizza sauce on them, muffin tins with dried doh all over. I know there was a quick turn around between guests and it wasn’t the cleaning crews fault if they were put in the cupboard that way but it was pretty off putting. There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes to use but no spices. Not even salt and pepper. Overall this place was everything we wanted in a vacation home. We loved all the amenities and are already talking about coming back next year!

Everything about this place was perfect! We coupled a few days of working from the property with a true vacation and the homey touches were great! From the many amenities to the fully stoacked kitchen, we were able to truly enjoy ourselves as though we were at home - but with a nice pool and hottub! The beds were very comfortable and the game closet was a nice touch. We had an amazing time!

This property was an absolute treasure! We loved our month winter get away! The house was spotless and so clean inside and out! The grill was spotless, the landscaping was well groomed and cared for the beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, we loved the side yard, the pool and hot tub was awesome, the neighborhood was extremely quite and so private, we would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone and would definitely rent it again! The location is so close to the Island and beach walking trails, 45 min to Sarasota. Perfect location The host was so helpful and everything was just as described, we cooked often at the house the bar area was wonderful !

We loved the house! Very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals! You didn't miss any details to the kitchen or the rest of the house. There were lots of games for the cool days. We loved the pool and the outdoor areas! Would absolutely rent this house again! It is on our list of favorites!

Bradenton stayWhat a great property! We needed a weekend away to relax and that is exactly what we got here! The private pool, jacuzzi and outside tiki/grill area were our favorite and we spent most nights in cooking at the house instead of going out. The kitchen also had everything needed and the king beds were comfy! The entire house interior and patio area were 10/10 clean. Can’t say enough good things about this place. We haave zero complaints, especially with the close drive to the beaches. Some perks were the outdoor shower and quiet neighborhood but still close enough to grocery stores,etc. We are planning on coming back!

We loved the pool, hot tub and Tiki Bar. It was a very nice house and quiet location. We wish had more sun loungers. We had to take turn with the 4. Also would have liked wash cloths, hand towels, pillows, and blankets.

Fantastic Home

All amenities you could ask for. The home was well maintained. The outdoor living was great, however, a TV outside at the bar would have been the "cherry on top". The extra fridge/freezer in the garage was very helpful. All beach accessories you would need come with the rental. Overall, I would give the rental a 9.5 out of 10. Thank you for hosting my family!

Family vacation

Overall house was nice and clean. Due to some matters it made our stay aggrevating. First night bought a nice meal to grill but both propane tanks were empty. We were told we could go fill them our self and would reimburse us. The master bedroom blinds we broke due to this you could not use the beautiful french doors to the pool. Reach out to management told they would come never did.Most of the of tv remotes did not work due to batteries told management they did nothing. We were suppose to receive dish washer pod never did, to also find dirty dishes from previous guest in dishwasher. I did wash them. Again house was clean and nice but due to all this happening and them saying they were gonna make this right they never did. Due to this we would not choose this home again.

There is so much to say about this amazing StuckOnCation! The home was immaculate, tucked away in a neighborhood but a true oasis! The property is open indoors and were great for playing cards and board games, and the garage provides more fun in pingpong! The backyard is quiet as you traverse a path to a small patio that gives the sense of serenity. And of course the tiki bar! Heated pool and hot tub that those like us from the north could savor every minute!

This property was amazing! House was perfect for our family of six! Very clean and had everything we needed! The yard was beautiful and the pool was great! Would definitely recommend this property!! Beautiful Property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location, not right on the beach but beautiful beaches are not far away! The property outside was well landscape and stunning. The house inside was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa was very nice. There was lots of beach gear provided in the garage that came in very useful when we went to the beaches. We would definitely book this house again!

Amazing week

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for about a week. The location of the home is great, it is like hidden at a dead-end street which we liked. It is extremely close to Anna Maria Island which I definitely recommend going to Bean Point Beach. Loved that there were beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys all in the garage that we were able to take with us which made the beach trip better as it was very sunny. We did have an issue with the bypass button for the door leading out to the pool as on the other side it seemed like maybe the battery was dead and couple things about the master bedroom. I was able to text the company regarding the issues and they replied right away which was amazing. The home was very clean and net, the pool was I can stress this enough, wonderful and warm, the tiki bar was great area for us to sit if we wanted to eat outside and the little like patio/garden area was beautiful. My family and I will definitely either be staying at this house again if not this house, a house with this vacation rental company when we ever come back to Florida. Thank you so much!

Great property!

The house and grounds were amazing. The pool was clean and refreshing. Location was central to our needs. There were pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas in the garage. I would have liked a later checkout time since my flight did not depart till 8 pm. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

Lovely Home, Quiet Neighborhood

Had the good fortune to stay here for 2 weeks. The property is just as described and photographed. Took advantage of the pool every day. Most of us are in the 65 to 70+ age range and if we could add anything it would be a handrail for pool entry. The outdoor kitchen and Tiki bar was over the top. Hope to stay again in the future.
