« I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. « The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice! »

« We had a great experience staying here. Everything was clean and neat. They added some really cute details that really made it comfortable. The snacks were a nice touch with the kids. Location was perfect and having a parking spot was nice! I look forward to staying here again. »

« Cons: Bath window crank broken No hooks on bath door Tub drain does not work. No baths sadly for my wife. Living room lamp very top heavy. Fell over on my dog. Kitchen utensil draw will fall out easily if pulled all the way out. Bottom bunk ceiling is dangerous. Easy to hit your head on sharp edge slats. Pros: TVs in all rooms. USB ports in both bdrms. Kitchen well stocked. Paper goods well stocked. Clean and comfortable. »
