We are really enjoying the space, but the biggest reason for not giving the property 5 stars would be:
1. Cleanliness- on the surface, things look tidy, but I think housekeeping should do a bit better about more thoroughly cleaning. I took a few photos to show "dust bunnies" and sent them to the property manager. We have also had issues with lots of strands of hair on the "clean" linens - bedding and towels alike. No response from the property manager.
2. Noise- the neighbors above were running across the floors until after midnight on our first night, so sleeping was difficult. Also, there is apparently a bed or chair with a vibrating or massage function that sounds likes it's about to come through the ceiling. Then, we received loud knocks to our door less than 90 minutes after returning to the property from being out all day. It was a noise complaint for the neighbor below stating that we needed to quiet down. It was only 9:15 pm on a Saturday night!
3. Internet/TV issues- Connection is so poor that the back bedroom TV will not connect easily for the TV to be functional
4. Lighting- no way to turn on ceiling fan light in the back bedroom (pull chain is broken off)
I texted this message stating issues 1-4 to the property manager in this exact layout/language (including photos) to respond to their text asking how our stay had been so so far. The message was sent more than 24 hours before we checked out, and I have yet (nearly 2 weeks after departure) received any sort of communication. I had definitely hoped for more, because these are all âeasy-fixâ issues.
