« Property was great. Private community with several pools and amenities. I had no idea what i was actually booking but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We were only there 4pm-10am but it was super nice. »

« This condo was Top Notch! Beautiful views, quiet and perfect for our weekend away! It does sleep 6 and is huge but we only had the need for one room and it was perfect! Honey said it was the best sleep he’s had! »

« We didn’t have what we needed to check in. Our directions weren’t accurate. Then we found out that the owner hadn’t paid the community fees so they didn’t know about our reservation and we almost didn’t get in. The property was fine but the management was disappointing »

« This was a getaway for my husband and I. It was a beautiful condo. Decor was beautiful and very clean which we appreciate. Bed was so comfy. Owner has paid attention to every amenity to make ones stay very enjoyable. We will stay there again! »

« Communication with the property owner was simple and they were very attentive. Check in was quick and easy. As it states parking is limited and we had two vehicles so it was a challenge on some nights. The condo was represented well and was in a quiet nice neighborhood. I like my beds a little softer but no one else had an issue. Would definitely stay again! »

« We had such an amazing time in Branson and this cute apartment was just so nice to come home to after a long day of play ball. It had just what we needed for a week long stay and it was so wonderful to step out in the porch and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. Also, a bonus was to see the wonderful fireworks nights going off from SDC. My only thing I would say is that there are no drawers to put any clothes in so we had to love out of our suitcases unless we wanted to hang everything....

We will not deal with them again, didn't know they were involved until after making the booking with VRBO THEN got an email from Evolve - very policy ridden group, don't listen to customers and like a robot just kept repeating their policies. Policies are one thing but VRBO didn't tell us they were handing us over to Evolve to have...
