« The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. »

« Quick trip for a family weekend event. Elizabeth Farms was an amazing choice. The communication pre/post & during our stay was exceptional. The location of our private space turned out to be was our calm & quiet retreat from all of the family chaos (that I am sure everyone can relate to). The morning visit by the properties horse to our porch made the stay extra special.
