Golden Berryl is a 65 sqm boutique apartment on the 6th floor of the Cosmopolit residence on Strada Traian Grozavescu in Brasov — a premium residential complex with a designer lobby and a secure entrance, in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the Old Town. The apartment has been finished to a standard well above the category: dark slate-effect stone in the bathroom, grey marble worktop and wine glass rack in the kitchen, bouclé sofa, botanical artwork and curated bookshelves in the living room, and a warm terracotta bedroom with slatted oak wall panel. Its defining feature is the private balcony — accessible from both the living room and the bedroom — with a panoramic view over Brasov's rooftops and the Tampa mountain, the city's most recognisable skyline.

Bedroom
Queen-size bed with upholstered grey headboard, hotel-quality white linens and rolled towels on arrival. Private balcony with rattan chairs and outdoor table, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Panoramic views over Brasov's historic red-roof district, the Tampa hillside and the cross visible on the horizon — one of the finest elevated views available in a Brasov short-term rental.

Fully equipped kitchen with classic grey-lavender cabinetry and grey marble worktop: 4-ring induction hob with extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided, electric kettle, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Suspended wine glass rack. Wine bottle rack. No toaster.

Bathroom
Designer full bathroom with walk-in shower, matte black rainfall shower head, floor-to-ceiling dark slate-effect stone tiles, vessel basin on solid oak vanity, black pendant lamp, rectangular mirror and wall-hung WC with matte black fittings. Indirect LED ceiling lighting. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack provided.

Laundry and Comfort
Washing machine available for longer stays. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Individual apartment boiler with wall thermostat. Blackout curtains throughout. Vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning supplies available.

Smart TV with cable TV in the living room. 500 Mbps fibre WiFi throughout — ideal for remote work. WiFi network to be confirmed after setup.

Access and Parking
Self check-in via lockbox — code sent via Airbnb before arrival. Lift in building. No private parking — public paid street parking available in surrounding streets. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. No extra guests accepted.

• Ask if you have a question or issue: The key is just ask if you need something or want to know something. We appreciate the opportunity to make things more comfortable for you. Please text, we'll point you in the right direction.
• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.V
