Wintersportler und Schneefans können zudem ganz in der Nähe Skilanglauf betreiben und Schlitten fahren. Main Street ist 1,8 km entfernt.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! The number of rooms/bathrooms allowed everyone to have their space. The main dining table fit eleven of us easily for dinners and game nights. Grandchildren LOVED the pinball machine! Although not walking distance to town, a short walk to the gondola can get you there easily.I would recommend this property for families couples .

A wonderful property! We had couples from all over the country, and the home allowed us each to have the privacy of our own bedroom and bathroom as well as amazing common spaces. We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Breckenridge attractions.

Best house we’ve ever stayed in

This property is the best house we’ve ever stayed in on a ski trip. We have been to many different locations for our family spring ski trip and stayed in many nice places due to the size of our party (10 to 20 people usually).All the bedrooms in this house are suites. They are very large, very comfortable and have all the accessories you need. The kitchen was large with two dishwashers, two sinks and a large refrigerator. We played games every night at one of the tables while others ate at the other. It was nice to all be together while doing our different things and have space. The basement has a game room with one of the best pinball machines and slickest shuffleboard. My biggest complaint is at this house is definitely not Ski and Ski out. It was a trek to get in and out every day and while totally manageable, it was enough that when we came in, we came in for the day. Also, the way the sun hits in the living room in the late afternoon and evening is blinding, and the blinds do not cover the highest spots. The TVs are all picture frame and while they’re pretty, it adds an extra remote and step to operate the TVs. The one in the basement we could not get to turn on and off with the picture TV remote although the actual TV remote worked fine. The hot tub being right out the sliding door was also a wonderful feature And we enjoyed it most nights. I would highly recommend this house to anyone needing a large house and not needing Ski and Ski out.

Great property and very nice hot tub! The advertisement of being located 100 yards from Peak 8 is my only issue. This property is closer to 800 yards.

Big enough for 11 adults!

Hour five adult children and partners joined my husband and me for our birthday celebration. It was a terrific location, beautiful accommodations, and amazing weather. We cooked in several nights, went out a few, and generally enjoyed the area very much. We brought our own games as there were mostly children's games at the house. The pinball machine got a lot of use also!

Lovely home near Peak 8

Wonderful house, beautifully decorated, including all the amenities you could ask for. All en-suite bed/bathrooms. Very convenient for a large family. Hot tub and fire pit, which were fun at night. Very quick walk to Peak 8 and all the activities there. Perfect spot for a family reunion.

Fantastic experience

We were a group of 5 dads and 5 high school senior boys. We do this trip every year at different mountains and this was by far the most comfortable and beautiful property we have ever stayed at. Booking, check in, and check out were simple. The house is clean with clear instructions for every amenity. There was more than enough room for all of us. We had groceries delivered prior to arrival. Collin g in the large kitchen was simple as it was well stocked for all our needs. Communication with the host was seamless. Getting to the lift was not difficult but still a 15 minute walk down and up a hill. Would recommend storing skis and boots at the base for simplicity. Overall a fantastic experience.

Amazing ski home

Truly wonderful home, one of the most comfortable and stylish rentals you will find. Great proximity to the lifts, so it’s ideal for a ski getaway. Well equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you could want. Great communication with the most makes the check in and check out a breeze. The pictures really don’t capture how nice this home is. So spacious it fit our group of 8 easily. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful House and Perfect Location

Four couples and a few children enjoyed our stay! The house is wonderful and has plenty of room. It is located close enough to Peak 8 for a short walk. We will be back!

Beautiful home with an easy access to peak 8

Home was very well organized and had all of the winter amenities. Home was truly 100 yards away and made the ski trip lot more fun and accessible. Home was stocked with more than enough towels along other items. The management team had the snow removed from the driveway and made it lot safer. We will always remember the snow covered Christmas trip in this beautiful Breck home. Thank you Hannah from 5 diamond lodging.

Family vacation

Sleepy Fox is an excellent property. There are plenty of rooms for 10 of us, including a 2-year-old and a 1 year old. The house is immaculate and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a pinball machine (Guardian of the Galaxy) and a shuffle board located in the basement. Hot tub and a fire pit were a big hit with our family-s'more every night. The location was excellent. We walked to peak 8 with no problem with 2 little ones. Over all, it was a great place to stay. Home away from home and would come back.

Incredible property, great hosts!!

We stayed here for a guys trip/retreat. The hot tub was a big hit at the end of the ski/ snowmobiling days. We loved the kitchen and hired a chef to prepare us dinner one night. It worked out really well. We had a few questions and the host replied to questions immediately. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Heaven on Peak 8

Magnificent property that combines luxury and convenience like no other. Beautiful open floor plan, with large bedrooms, creates a cozy environment with plenty of room to entertain or space to relax. Located right next to the base of Peak 8 made getting to the slopes a breeze. The perfect get-away spot for our family vacation!

Five Star Property

Very well appointed home. Very tasteful decor and bedding. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Walk to slopes is a bit of a hike, but we discovered trail to ski back in on our last day. We had 11 adults and could all easily sit in great room and hang out. Home actually has 8 full baths. Mud room is awesome for leaving all your ski gear. Snowed a lot and each morning a crew arrived to clear snow away. Would definitely return to this home!
