Diese schöne 3br 3. 5 Bad Hause bringt sie alle zusammen für Sie, eine erschwingliche Berg Wochenende mit allen sofern Sie von einem privaten Berg zu Hause erwarten würde. Nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum der Stadt fahren, ist dieses Haus sehr bequem mit dem Auto, und Shuttle-Haltestelle, die nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Heimat entfernt. Wenn Sie Autos zu tun haben, bietet das Haus mehrere Parkplätze und eine Garage für zwei Autos für den ultimativen Komfort. Sie werden die beeindruckende Aussicht von allen Seiten, sowohl des Skigebietes und Baldy Mountain im Osten, von den großen Decks schmücken das Haus genießen. Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Whirlpool, eingebettet in Privat neben National Forest. Der Zugang zu den kostenlosen Shuttle ist sehr ansprechend für diejenigen, die keine Lust haben, ein Auto zu bringen.

Die Hauptebene befindet sich die offene und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem offenen Kamin, Flachbildfernseher, bequemen Möbeln und einem WC. Neben dem Wohnbereich, durch den offenen Kamin, ist die gemütliche Essecke mit eigenem Deck. Die Küche ist mit allen Werkzeugen, die Sie Familie Mahlzeiten zubereiten müssen ausgestattet. Die obere Ebene beherbergt das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad mit Whirlpool und einen spektakulären Blick auf die Berge jeden Morgen aufzuwachen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein separates Bad, ein Doppelbett und einen herrlichen Blick auf Baldy Mountain aus dem Fenster. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss enthält ein neues französisches Bett. Auf der unteren Ebene werden Sie den Bonus vierten Schlafbereich mit einem Doppel über die volle Etagenbett und ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Breckinridge Mountain Retreats

We enjoyed our secluded stay in the three story unit. The floor plan worked for us since we spent most of our time on the second floor (den, kitchen and eating area). The beds were well appointed, bathrooms clean and views of the mountain impressive. Our concerns were the very worn and stained carpeting and dirty bbq pit.

Pretty property

Updated kitchen. Would be good to repair the path and surrounding of the hot tub as there are loose boards. Easy to check in. Beautiful scenery. Needs new carpet/flooring but was very clean. Screen missing in primary bedroom.

Skiing after Christmas

We all really enjoyed this home! 4WD is really a must for this location when it snows. Our friends had an all wheel drive vehicle and had to wait until the snow plow came to clear the driveway. The property management was responsive to all of our needs, explaining the water alarm system to us really helped our family and friends to understand how to prevent the alarm from going off in the middle of the night. The house met all of our needs and was very comfortable! The location would be great in the summer too as it is close to many hiking trails!

Good place for the money

Overall its a good value. The property could have been cleaner. The master bedroom was dusty, carpet is kind of dingy and the hot tub was super cloudy. The hot tub is not on a level surface so everytime we would get in with more than 2 people it would overflow and we would have to refill it. This ended up helping with the water not being the cleanest. Overall not a bad property. But could use a little TLC.

Close to shuttle route to downtown Breck and convenient to get to numerous hiking trails and other outdoor adventures. Quiet area off the beaten path. Property managers were quick to respond to requests such as no propane and a partially filled hot tub. Would recommend to anyone looking to be near the hub or Breck, but have quiet and lovely mountain view. Plan to bring your own coffee & filters but other "supplies" were sufficient.The hot tub is not covered, so when it's raining heavily, it's not very comfortable to use. Plethora of spices available, but no cooking oil. Loved having the convenience of parking in the garage.

It felt it a bit “ran down” on inside and out. Carpet was dirty especially on the steps. If we were able to see the way it was situated on the property outside by the pictures we wouldn’t have rented. Screens missing in master. Washer didn’t work properly and we were told it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. When we asked questions about getting it fixed we were responded to quickly. We had a toilet seat that was busted and maintenance came out that day so that was the plus.

Great location

We saw Moose right outside the neighborhood. Roads were easy to travel on even when not scraped. Home does need a good deep cleaning. My kids used the master bath to shower in because it was the cleanest.

Snowy forest views and comfortable living

We were very pleased with this property. A little hard to find but loved the location at the back of the neighborhood due to snowy forest views out every window. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The living room was perfectly cozy and comfortable at the end of a long ski day. And great sized for a large family. Dining was also huge for a big family. The only thing that bugged was the lighting in the bedrooms. Was lit by lamps only so hard to get dressed in the mornings with so little light.

Relaxing Ski Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for me and my friends visiting Breckenridge to ski! We enjoyed the multiple bathrooms and space the condo had to offer. The hot tub was very well maintained and incredible after a day of skiing. It was a quick 10-12 min drive to the North Gondola in the morning and the drive has amazing views of the whole mountain. We also saw multiple moose on the property which absolutely made the trip (but keep an eye out!) I would recommend staying here and will stay here again when I come back to Breckenridge.

Flexible space

Home is tucked away and private (not too easy to find at night) and it is a solid 10-15 minutes from the heart of Breckenridge Village with serious elevation. Hot tub is great and the layout is very flexible for several guests to have their own space. Carpet is showing its age a bit but overall very nice and would stay here again. A tip for those used to more humid environments, humidifiers require you to add salt to the water to work.

We had a great time!

This was the perfect spot for a girlfriends' weekend! The house had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for 5 of us, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved being so close to hiking trails (Baldy Trailhead) and driving up Boreas Pass for enjoying the fall colors! Breckenridge is close by and we also enjoyed our time shopping there. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evening. Very comfortable and just as pictured.

Great stay

A moose ate grass right outside the window! Foxes visited. If you want a great quiet Breck experience stay here! We had such a great time and I would recommend this spot. Everything was as advertised and communications was very clear. Very Happy with our stay.

It’s about 5 minutes from Main Street which you can access a lot of stores, restaurants, and winter activities. Literally the one of the best homes I’ve stayed in and would definitely recommend for groups and families.
