Perfect Spot!

This was a great place to stay. Skiing is close, and the town is only a five-minute walk away. I truly enjoyed my stay and would go again.

Cozy and efficient ski condo

My partner and I stayed at Grandpa "Doods" Ski Condo for two nights over Thanksgiving break. Check-in was very clear and the unit was spotless on arrival. The unit is very smartly apportioned, making good use of the limited space. It's been remodeled recently, so it feels up-to-date and cleverly designed. We were comfortable and cozy during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot tub(s) after a day of skiing. We'd happily stay here again!

Good Place

Cute, cozy and perfect located

Super clean condo, cute, great location and amazing communication with the owners, I left a personal item behind and they immediately extended my access code and let me enter to collect my item, no problems and a super expedite and responsive manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Cute condo on the mountain

Everything about the place was outstanding. Loved the pool table and the hot tub. Only strange thing is they ask you to take out the garbage, that's a first for me

A little oasis at breckenridge

I had a great time showing Breckenridge to my friend visiting Colorado! This was the perfect little spot off of the Main Street for us both. We enjoyed the closeness to downtown, the ski trails, but without it being too noisy. Only notes to mention about this place are that: other neighboring units can be a bit loud and I wouldn’t recommend staying here with more than 2 adults and maybe 1-2 children due to the size. Would totally stay here again!

Great 1 bedroom Breck Condo

Remodeled, clean, quiet, top floor condo with 2 six person well maintained hot tubs, foos ball, pool table. 3 min walk south across creek and 4 o clock run to Pineridge Yellow route bus stop to Beaver Run in 4 minutes. Ski down 4 o'clock and 2 minute walk back to condo. Scout this out on arrival. Comfortable bed and good memory foam pull out couch. Only need......should have put in an 18inch dishwasher and blackout shade on east bedroom window. Husband and wife. condo paid, maintenance and cleaning crew were awesome. Bring all cooking supplies, but all dishes and gear are there.

small but nice place to stay

Issues with unannounced delivery of new couch. If I was not there when they were delivering, we would have returned with two couches n a micro apartment. Had to postpone our plans over an hour and then had to call for a status report before maintenance showed up to swap couches. We were refund $100 for the inconvenience, however, it was very inconvenient. Kitchen sink and shower both drained very slow. Showering in a pool of shower water was not enjoyable. I guess that is one way to reduce water usage as you definitely did not want to stand in water while showering very long. We were not interested in contacting maintenance due to the previous experience with the couch.

Cozy Stay - Perfect Location

We had a great experience for our whole trip! A great location to the mountain, we took the bus up to peak 7 or 8 and snowboarded the 4 o'clock run back. One of the two hot tubs was out of order which was a bit disappointing given the number of units but would still stay here again! 10/10!
