We chose this home based on the photos and it was so beautiful just like the pictures. We had a house full enjoying Thanksgiving in such beautiful surroundings. The town and gondolas were so close to the house. Would definitely recommend this home to everyone. Excellent communication from the day we booked until the day we left!

Amazing Mountain Home in Breckenridge

We loved this home for our family gathering. We had 17 people and everyone had plenty of space.There are 5 levels (not recommend for someone who can’t do stairs). Each level has their own suite and bathroom. The rooms are spread out so no one was next to each other. Comfortable beds and large kitchen. We loved the convenience to the ski lifts as it’s a 5 minute walk to the shuttle. The property management company were very responsive and accommodating. Definitely will rent again!

Very nice home. Furniture is worn out. Home was not cleaned well. We cleaned the walls and cabinets as well as take out the previous guest's trash. The steam room, hot tub, and communication from the management company were great. The unit is close enough to walk to the ski trail.

Family ski trip

Great house and location. Easy walk or ski down to 4 o’clock run to the 3 o’clock lift. Similar easy to ski home. House had great living space open to the kitchen and perfect for hanging out and playing games. Would definitely recommend.

Birthday getaway

Beautiful home, amazing convenient location. Great amenities, love that there were “good” Kleenexes throughout the house, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for our large group. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was liquid hand soap provided in all the bathrooms. My family had a great time celebrating my 50th birthday and we appreciate it so much!!

Great property for family

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes from peak 8 and main Street. Clean, cozy, stocked kitchen. Great amenities. Utilized the pool table, hot tub and theatre. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Exceeded expectations

The house layout is perfect for a large family gathering. The multiple levels allow for each sub-family to have their own space to relax with several large areas to gather. We enjoyed the theatre room, steam room, and hot tub everyday. The home is large yet very comfortable and cozy. The ski in - ski out feature was terrific to allow for skiers to come and go easily. We will return if available.

Wonderful Home

We had an absolutely wonderful time as a big family enjoying time together. There were five family groups and each had their own suite and private area. There was a great bunkroom and recreational area for the children. The kitchen and living space was perfect-well equipped and comfortable. We look forward to returning next year!

Winter wonderland

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge at this property! The house is beautiful, spacious and had everything you could want!! Our only issues were that the coffee pot did not work and the management team was very helpful and got a brand new one! Unfortunately the only problem they could not fix was the fireplace did not work. It needed a part that had not come in. That was a bummer but we survived! Beautiful home! Great location! We will come again!

Beautiful home and a real family home

Beautiful and spacious home. We enjoyed hot tub, steam room and pool table every day after skiing. Easy transition in/out of garage with our skis & boots with the “locker room” right inside door. Kitchen was stocked and loved the large stove. We had 11 adults and granddaughter (1 1/2 years old). We brought pack n play only to be left at airport to our dismay. Upon arrival, there was a crib in the upper master bedroom.—what a pleasant surprise!! I would let travelers know you have crib and toys. Overall—we enjoyed ourselves and loved Bear Tracks lodge.

Thanksgiving Week

Great stay at a great house run by a great rental agency. There were 6 adults, 2 teens, and 5 grade school kids- we all fit just great. The home theater and whole house audio system is impressive but very difficult to work. I hope we didn't foul anything up trying to get it to work. (If there were instructions, we missed them) PRO TIP if you make use of the exceptional steam room in the home, do not open the door to the bathroom it is located in directly after opening the steam room door or the fire department will come :) I felt better about it after the fire fighter told me they needed the practice and hadn't had a call that day.

Good but not great

The house was nice and everything it said on the info for the house was accurate. A few things that were key that did not work that should have - 1. Ice maker - when we called at first we were told how to trouble shoot but it still didn't work. There were 10 ice trays in the freezer which led me to believe this was a common problem, why would you have ice trays in a multi-million dollar house with a super high end refrigerator? They eventually brought us 2 bags of ice. 2. The hot tub - This didn't work from day 1. We called and tried to troubleshoot this on the phone with the management company and they said they would send someone out to fix it. They sent someone out the next day and said it was fixed but it was not. We called again and they said they would try to get someone out to look at it. It was finally fixed the day before we left. 3. Wifi- The wifi was in and out and didn't work most of the time. We complained about it multiple times until they finally came the last day we were there and replaced the router. Overall if the house had all of these things working everything would have been perfect but with these key issues it brought our rating of this house down significantly. When you pay this much per night for a house you expect everything to work.

First Class all the Way

The property exceeded our expectations on every front. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and the house itself was exactly as described. We had a party of 16 and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make themselves at home for the duration of the vacation. The location was absolutely perfect with the ski-in/out feature and it took only minutes to drive into town to sample the various restaurants and shops.
