We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and clean condo. The living area is spacious for a 2 bd condo, and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing and eating meals in. The location is also ideal for walking the town. I would not recommend this unit if you need parking for 2 cars. We had family members coming from two different locations, and while we understood there was just one parking spot available per the listing, we did not realize the difficulty of overnight parking in Breckenridge . While there are plenty of parking lots, there is only one overnight lot in town (close to a mile away) that allows parking from 2am to 6am, and it cost 20/night during the week and 35 /night on weekends.

Exceptional

Check in was as easy as 1-2-3. Super simple. The kitchen has it all. The fridge, stove/microwave, dishwasher all wonderful and the extras in the kitchen from pots and pans to dinnerware are very nice and clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Check out was just as easy except I forgot to start the dishwasher. Nothing at this condo is disappointing.

Excellent property. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The space is big, clean, and located right next to downtown Breckenridge. Stores and restaurants are just a few mins walk. Communication with the rental company representatives were great. They always responded to texts in just a few mins. Will stay here again.

Great Location, Terrible Property Management Team

When we arrived the hall toilet did not work. We notified Vrbo and the property management team immediately. We never received a response from Vrbo. The property management team responded quickly and said they would send someone out but after over 24 hours no one came. We tried a second time to fix it ourselves and found that the last guests had flushed a large deodorant bottle down the toilet. Due to its size it was tough to dislodge but eventually we got it out. The property management team NEVER sent anyone to help us. We were very disappointed with that considering how much money we spent on this rental.

This was a great property and such a convenient location. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Would stay here again. The beds were a little uncomfortable though. Could probably use replacing.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. The location was excellent, and we truly appreciated that it wasn’t overcrowded, which allowed us to relax and make full use of the amenities, especially the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay! It was just a short walk to town (which we loved) and everything was very clean. The rental company was very easy to chat with and the condo is just as it looks. Nice, big famiy room to relax in, after a long day of adventure in the mountains. The only negative is noise from the street. We had to keep windows open at night (to cool it down), but there was a lot of traffic on the road right below the windows. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay!

Perfect stay

Location was more than we could ever imagine, walking distance to anywhere we needed to go. The pool and hot tubs were so awesome for my daughter and family to enjoy. The condo itself was great. We felt like we were at home the whole time.

Great location to town

Enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to Main Street and all entertainment and shopping was fantastic. Covered Peking garage spot below the building was clutch. Not having laundry in the rental was misleading based on the initial description when we rented. That was a bit of an inconvenience to go to the laundry room in the basement each day to clean and dry ski clothes. None of the lamps worked in the master bedroom, which presented some challenges at night but we got through it. Super convenient 2 minute drive to the Gondola for skiing everyday.

Very nice condo with great location to main street and ski lift.

Very nice condo, great location. Just minutes from main street and the 4 o’clock lift. You walk a few blocks up from the condo and can hop right on the lift and also ski back to it. Would stay again.
