As we found the pullout couch had recently been broken we provided a queen air mattress to remedy the situation and can confirm a new couch has since been replaced -We do provide guests with detailed check-in instructions regarding parking and sincerely apologize that handicapped access was not available throughout your stay. We recognized the impact this had on your experience and hope the partial refund provided helped make things right -Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. There is a calcium deposit on the tub but there are no issues with the sanitary condition We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
