This prime Breckenridge location offers easy access to world class skiing snowboarding hiking and year round outdoor recreation while remaining close to downtown dining nightlife and shopping.
Inside the condo provides a warm and inviting space designed for families and groups. Two gas fireplaces create a cozy mountain atmosphere after a day on the slopes while large windows offer views of a nearby stream and ski trail.
Guests can also enjoy access to shared resort amenities including outdoor hot tubs and a pool perfect for relaxing after skiing snowboarding or hiking in the mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware bakeware utensils and small appliances making it easy to prepare meals at home. Guests can also enjoy both a drip coffee maker and a single serve coffee maker for convenient mornings before heading out to explore Breckenridge.
The primary bedroom features a king bed while the second bedroom includes two twin beds. The loft area provides additional sleeping space with one queen bed and three twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers extra flexibility allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. With multiple sleeping areas and two full bathrooms plus one half bathroom this layout works well for larger families and groups traveling together.

Four O Clock Lodge is located in one of the most convenient areas of Breckenridge for skiing and downtown access. Guests can ski back to the property from Four O Clock Run walk to Main Street restaurants shops and nightlife or access nearby shuttle routes for transportation throughout Breckenridge.
Guest Experience
Your stay will be comfortable and convenient. The condo includes a starter supply of essentials including paper towels toilet paper soap and dish soap. Guests will also enjoy plush towels premium bed linens and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware bakeware utensils and dining essentials.
Parking
One on site parking pass is included. Guests should follow all posted parking signs and Breckenridge regulations as enforcement can be strict. Additional overnight parking may be available at the Stephen West Ice Arena or the Airport Road Satellite Lot.
Winter Travel Advisory
Snow and icy road conditions are common in Breckenridge from fall through spring. Four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly equipped for mountain travel.

Most homes in Breckenridge do not have air conditioning due to the naturally cool mountain climate.
