If you aren’t familiar with BlueSky, it is the closest residential complex to the Snowflake lift - literally just steps away! This property has everything you will need, including an on-site Breckenridge ticket window, a ski rental shop (with ski storage for all BlueSky guests), a locker room with boot storage, a full-service spa (The Spa at Breckenridge), three hot tubs, a heated, outdoor pool, a gym, an arcade, a complimentary shuttle, and a 24-hour front desk with on-site maintenance staff.
One of the largest (over 1,800 square feet) and most unique condos at Blue Sky, this beautiful getaway has a very open layout with two huge banks of windows in the spacious living area, a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for four, and a dining table with a view. For the ultimate privacy, the main bedroom is located on the opposite end of this condo from the other guest rooms - the perfect layout for large families or multiple couples. Additionally, this vacation rental is one of the only true walk-out condos at BlueSky, which provides a direct path over to the pool and the three community hot tubs.
With BlueSky's central location, there is no need for a car during your stay. In addition to being right next to the Snowflake lift, you can easily walk to the downtown district for a night out, to indulge in a fantastic meal, or to take advantage of all the shopping options. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that this unit does not include air conditioning. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky. Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals. Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away. Breckenridge Business License No. 47282.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great stay
We stayed in this room with 4 adults and 4 kids. It was a very nice place and very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful and we love the use of the shuttle. The kids had a great time at the pool. We will stay here again!

Right in the ski lift and with a ski rental shop in the bottom you can’t beat the location. On top of that the apartment is amazing. It would be great for a longer stay.

Breckenridge weekend
This home was large, well appointed, tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable. The powder room was a huge bonus for us. The kitchen was a great size for our family.

Wonderful and beautiful condominiums that could us some updating
This is a great condominium complex in a really nice location. The layout of the individual unit is terrific and easily can accommodate two families. The little ones will enjoy the pool and arcade areas and for those wanting to park the car and forget about it, it is a short walk to the main street area of Breckenridge.

Plenty of space, great pool and hot tub
With the shuttle, ski rentals downstairs, pool, hot tub and comfortable space for four Bluesky made our trip to Breckenridge easy and fun. The only bummer was that the tavern was closed. A bar in the building would have been the icing on the cake.

My Kids Rate it 5⭐️
Wonderful visit to Breckenridge and our stay at BlueSky was perfect. The pool was awesome, the rooms were roomy and the apartment was clean. The shuttle to / from town was key and used frequently however BlueSky is close enough to walk. Staff on property were very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to returning.

Fabulous!
Our unit was fabulous! We had spent a few days in RMNP with 5 of us in one hotel room, so when we walked into the huge, sprawling, spacious 3 bedroom unit it was like heaven! This unit was immaculate, super comfortable and had everything we needed. The extra large washer and dryer was great and there are 3 showers (1 in the primary bedroom bath and 2 showers in the second full bathroom) which was super helpful.
The pool was very warm making it fun even on chilly nights.
The shuttle service was so good-I was embarrassed when I realized how close BlueSky was to Main St-it was literally a 3 block walk…so easy to get to all the cute shops and restaurants in downtown Breck! But if we didn’t want to walk uphill back, they were there in minutes to pick us up.
We loved BlueSky and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great time in Breck!
The unit itself was very clean and spacious. Our family of four had way more room than we truly needed. In addition, the kitchen was ideal for cooking and allowed us to comfortably cook each night while relaxing at the condo.
For those of you considering a stay at BlueSky through Vacasa, you will be quite pleased. The level of convenience is hands down unbeatable. Everything is at the property. Ski, pole and boot storage, a ticket office and a spa (which my wife thoroughly enjoyed). The hot tubs and heated pool were great as well.
All in all, a great experience and highly recommend to others.

Ideal ski location and very spacious!
The location next to snowflake lift was ideal for skiing. Heated locker room for boot and ski storage was wonderful. Pool area was large and clean and never over crowded. Provided pool towels was a bonus! The shuttle was very fast and endlessly helpful for runs to town and the store. I wish we didn't rent a car. Truly no need with the shuttle and its friendly drivers. The only downside was the linens. We only had 5 towels for 6 people and one kitchen towel. The 2 bathroom robes were a bonus but I would have preferred adequate towels. Also there were no blankets for the living room. 2 extra blankets total and beds had only sheets and a very thin blanket for the 4 beds.

Check the bedclothes before you get in bed.
The property is very nice, as pictured. On the morning of check-out, as we were packing and tidying, my adult daughter pulled back the sheets and discovered a disgusting mess at the end of the bed. Clearly, she had been sleeping in a dirty bed all week. Needless to say, it was rather horrifying. Told the front desk about the situation but the two women were unimpressed and unapologetic and didn’t even bother to ask what unit we occupied. We took a picture if management would like to see it. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review about a property but this is frankly unacceptable.

NEARLY 5 STARS! Fantastic Breckinridge Accommodations for Summer or Winter Getaway, in most ways...
Most everything about this property is a solid five stars... from the ample space, great bathrooms, furnishings, kitchen, upscale mountain cabin decor, complimentary shuttle to take you where you need to go, amazing property amenities such as the walk out patio, pool/hot tub, on site spa, incredible hiking trail right out the door, close to downtown Breck, bike rental on site, etc. etc. So many positives. That being said, we rented this property for a girl's getaway trip and the bed situation seemed ideal when we rented, but was dire when on site. The Master has a great mattress (horrible pillows and bedding), the secondary bedroom had a horrible mattress to go with the horrible bedding and pillows, followed up by the third bedroom which was the most challenging with a full bunk with single over and trundle over and also pull out in the living room, with the same awful bedding options and mattress - overall, horribly uncomfortable for everyone... our group barely slept. Some upgrades on mattresses, bedding, pillows and such would go a long way to make the stay more enjoyable. Our entire group was exhausted the entire trip... not a deal breaker because overall, it's a great place and likely absolutely fantastic for a family with kids, but not full-grown adults who are used to comfortable bedding options. Also, it was very hot when we were there and we could not seem to get any air conditioning going... a bit warm, was able to open screened windows at night thankfully.

Great summer vacation in Breckenridge!
Our accommodations at BlueSky were exceptional. BlueSky and Vacasa have given careful consideration providing a good vacation experience while maintaining exceptional social distance and cleanliness standards. The Condo was spotless, well equipped, and as we needed things throughout our 12 day stay--(fresh towels, more soap, etc,) there was always someone available to assist. Staff was attentive and friendly. BlueSky is in a great spot in Breckenridge-- an easy 5-10 minute walk to the center of town. Pool, hot tub, and common areas are well maintained. Our unit in particular, #413, had easy access to pool and hot tub. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen was spacious, had plenty of seating, and kept our family together during the time we spent in the Condo. Our unit had a good view of mountains and landscape. All electronics worked perfectly-- internet connection was fast and consistent. Beds were comfortable. Multiple, quite ceiling fans. Kitchen was well equipped-- Fridge was clean and new, with a water and ice dispenser. Would most definitely rent here again when in Breckenridge. I don't write many reviews-- but thought this was such a great experience-- I'd share it with others. That's all I can think of. Class act, Vacasa.

Great summer spot
My family stayed here for a week with 2 small children and we absolutely loved it. I will definitely be using this as our go-to property for future Breckenridge visits. Lots of space, convenient location (the resort shuttle van came in very handy for us to get back and forth to Main Street when our older family members weren’t feeling up to walking uphill to get home). The people working at the resort were so friendly and helpful (shoutout to Nate and Jason). Loved hiking the path right next door starting at the snowflake lift. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, good bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Everything about our Experience at Blue Sky was wonderful. The condo was just beautiful and comfortable. So easy to get your ski equipment and passes. Ski in ski out was perfect. We used the shuttle easy and wait time was short. The front desk was always helpful. Plan on Blue Sky as my go to in Breckinridge! Love it!
