    Snowdrop 12 is a welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain condo, hosted by Great Western Lodging, offering 935 square feet of comfortable living space in the heart of Breckenridge. The cozy living area features a fireplace, a semi-open kitchen, and plenty of family-friendly games, making it easy to gather after a day of mountain adventures. Step onto the covered balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, or spread out with a puzzle or game while the upstairs bedrooms provide a quieter space for those ready to rest. With a king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa, this condo offers flexible sleeping arrangements for families and small groups. Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, or a relaxing mountain getaway, Snowdrop 12 is a convenient home base for enjoying Breckenridge.

    Guests have access to the newly remodeled Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs, approximately a five-minute walk from the unit, as well as heated underground parking and a private ski locker.

    Please note that the shared Columbine Pool will be closed beginning September 28 and is scheduled to reopen October 30, 2026.

    Enjoy easy access to nearby hiking trails, including the Burro Trail just beyond the Blue River, and take a short walk along the Trollstigen Trail to visit Breckenridge's famous troll, Isak Heartstone. The Breck Free Ride bus stop is just across the street, making it easy to get around town, explore Main Street's shops and restaurants, and reach local attractions without driving.

This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great 2 bedroom place

The condo was lovely, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Two helpful hints the property is off of broken Lance drive and Columbia. It is not on Main Street in town. It is a short 12 minute walk to town. Second hint if you have a large SUV the parking space is tight, very narrow. It was a wonderful stay

Terrible experience

Not as per the listing. Second day there was no hot water. Bed linings were so dirty. Waste of money. Rooms have very less lighting

Condo in BRECK

This condo is spacious, and will sleep a lot of people. It was neat and clean. We only had four guests but there is a whole loft we did not use. The property managers were not especially responsive. I used the number they provided to contact them to let them know we were arriving late. They never responded. When I called a different number they were not particularly helpful with instructions for checking in. The condo is on a lane that is not well lit. It was hard to find at night. A map from the property manager would have been very helpful. While it is near the town, I would not consider it to be in the HEART of downtown Breckenridge.

Nice, but a little understocked

This is a nice unit and was as advertised in the listing. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we felt there were just a few details around the edges that could be improved. For example: - (probably our biggest complaint) there were no extra blankets provided - would have been nice for sitting on the couch, and had we needed to use the sleeper sofa not sure how we would have without extra blankets - no staples whatsoever (e.g. not even cooking oil or any spices) provided in the kitchen - only one small single use package of laundry detergent was provided Also, checkout time was 10am. Having stayed in a large number of VRBOs in the past, the vast majority have an 11am checkout time which would have made our lives much much easier. Overall, minor complaints but for the price a few of those details around the edges would have been the difference between 4 and 5 stars.
