« This condo has easy access to everything. We walked almost everywhere from here, and if we ever didn't feel like walking, the bus stops were right outside the door. Ending your ski day on the four-o-clock run also puts you right at your door. The condo itself was spacious and clean. »

« This is a great place to stay in Breckinridge. Its in walking distance of everything in town.....restaurants, bars, shopping and the gondola. There is a bus stop near by as well (which is free). Very relaxing on the deck, with the stream and trees. Will definitely stay there again. »

« We had a wonderful stay with our two small children! It was exactly as advertised and very clean, bed was very comfortable and so was the sleeper sofa bed! Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything! Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend staying here. »

« Condo was perfect for us. Great location with easy walk to town (we are 75 years old). Brown route bus stop very close if you don’t want to walk. Our suburban was too tall to park in the garage, but there was adequate outside parking. The extra half bath was a plus. Kitchen seemed well stocked, but we didn’t cook elaborate meals. Host was readily accessible for our questions about parking. It was a great 3 night stay. »

« Great location. Easy ski in ski out to Breck peak 9. Room was very clean and great amount of space for 2 people. Very nice that a humidifier was in the room as it is needed for the dry CO mountain air. Check in / check out was super easy. Only downsides (and these were minor) were indoor hot tub was being renovated (outdoor hot tube was fine just small) and skis are too big to get locked in ski check room. Looks look like locks were made for pre 1990 skis which were stick straight. In any...
