Kitchen: On the main level, one open great room starts with a kitchen that is any culinary enthusiast's dream. Sleek appliances and modern marbled countertops are the stars of the kitchen. Begin your day in one of the walk-in pantries dedicated to your morning coffee. The kitchen itself has two islands, one with bar seating for five.

Dining Room: The kitchen flows seamlessly to a dining area with a sleek yet rustic table for eight.

Living Room: The living area's centerpiece is a captivating double-sided fireplace, also enjoyed from the outside deck. A firepit keeps the deck sitting area cozy, and the outdoor dining space has a heater to take the chill off cool evenings.

Primary Bedroom: The deck extends to outside the primary bedroom, where guests can step out for an indulgent soak in the hot tub. The bedroom itself is a lavish retreat with a fireplace and ensuite bathroom.

Lower Level: A family room features a well-appointed wet bar complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and microwave, along with a pool table for a friendly game. The entertainment continues in the theatre and game room, complete with plush theatre-style seating, a giant screen and sound system, a card game table, a classic arcade game, and shuffleboard. (Note: the wine room is locked for owner use only.)

- Primary Bedroom (Main Level): Lavish retreat with fireplace and ensuite bathroom, plus deck access to the hot tub.
- Bear Bedroom (Lower Level, Bunk Room): Two sets of two twins over a king bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
- Bison Bedroom (Lower Level): King bed, ensuite bath.
- Fox Bedroom (Lower Level): King bed, ensuite bath.
- Elk Bedroom (Lower Level): King bed, ensuite bath.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy the private hot tub, warm up by two firepits, and watch the big game on TV. At the heart of a covered seating area is a sleek firepit and TV, with heaters and fans installed for comfort. Grill masters can throw steaks on the grill and serve drinks from the outdoor kitchen and bar. For quieter moments, retreat to the Adirondack chairs on one side of the deck, with soothing sounds from a trickling water feature, overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard and surrounding woods for complete privacy.

Laundry: A full-size laundry room with washer and dryer.

Parking: A heated two-car garage with entry on the main level.

This home has high-speed WiFi and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry), as well as freshly pressed bed linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras placed by the garage and front door. There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home.
