There’s a balcony off the living area with mountain views as well. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to whip up a spectacular meal. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as three seats at the counter.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
