Let me be a little surprised about your comment as we never claimed to be located in the city center since we are in the port area Let me also point out that there are more than thirty restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk of our hotel. I also remind you that the reception is present all day and night in order to guide you to the best of our city.You did not like the location it is up to you to think so and we are sorry to hear what happened to you and it remains beyond our control and rare in our area.Best regards, Pauline B.General Manager

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay at the Hotel Mercure Brest Centre Port.We have taken note of your comment regarding the size of your room. All our rooms meet the statutory surface standards, however being in a new building some room size may vary. The reception is at your disposal 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, next time do not hesitate to ask us we could have offered you another room that meets your needs.For the Wi-Fi connection, you should have come to us so that we could perform the connectivity checks and find a solution for your video zoom.You ordered us a taxi at 8:00, which we did. When the taxi arrived you did not come, we tried to reach you several times in your room and also came knocking on your door without answer from you the taxi left.Then you came back to order another taxi, that morning it was difficult to order a taxi in Brest and we had other customers waiting for a taxi too.
