« Biz 4 kişi olarak konakladık. Odamız superior suitti. Çocuklar salonda kanepede biz de yatak odasında gayet rahat bir gece geçirdik. Çok çok temizdi genis ferahti. Balkonu kocamandı. Girişte biraz bizden ve internet kaynaklı sıkıntı yaşadık ama kısa sürede çözümlendi ve giriş yaptık. Konum olarak çok güzeldi 2-3 dakika içinde meydana indik. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Yine gelsek kalacağımız yer burasıdır. »

« This was such a lovely three star hotel close to the buss station but also walking distance to the city center. The girl in the reception was very helpful and informative telling me about events in the city center. There was a fridge with complimentary water. Tea and coffee maker. Air condition and the bed was also very comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel! Good value for money and I would love to stay here again! »

« Great location in Prizren! Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms look good and are comfortable but the maintenance and cleaning is not good enough to match the standard of the rest of the hotel. Across two room we had unclean toilet, forgotten towels, broken soap holders, running toilet and smell issues. The breakfast was tasty and with a nice view, but be aware of indoor smoking. Easy accessible and convenient on site parking. »

"Magnifique expérience ! L’hôtel m’a contacté le jour avant mon arrivée pour m’avertir de la neige et m’indiquer les meilleurs route pour I arrivée car pas toute les route son dégagée. Livraison du petit déjeuner directement à l’igloo! Chambre impeccable avec incroyable vue et équipement complet sale de bain propre baignoire au milieu de la chambre et jacuzzi privatif sur la balcon. Je recommande fortement cette établissement personés qui aime la découverte et bien sur au couple qui veullent un moment d’escapade relaxe ! "
