Poor property management at this location. We arrived on 2/5/26 in the evening, only to find the long downhill driveway covered in 2” ice for a 30 foot section at the top. One couple from our group made the mistake of being first there and slid out of control and into a bank with his wife and 4 yr old daughter in the car. He had to get towed out. We then had to haul all of our stuff from the top of this estimated 250’ driveway down the driveway and to the house. Not sure why this wasn’t addressed or mitigated prior to our arrival. Up to that point it had not snowed in Brianhead for the last three weeks; amble time to fix the issue with salt or ice melt. We then spent 3 hours of the next day hacking away at the ice so we could get one of the four wheel drive trucks up & down. For as much as we paid to stay here the biggest memory will be the driveway, our kids slipping and falling as they had to walk up it every day to get to the vehicles & the lack of preemptive care put into this place. Called sky run property management to address the issue. They came finally came out thru a little salt on it and called it good. Also, Electric blinds in rooms open& broke.Based on our poor experience, lack of preparation & engagement by the property management company, the hours of work we put in trying to clear the driveway ice, I feel we should get some sort of refund our poor experience because of this rental.If looking for a large group rental, this is not it.
