Fantastic property with a great location and wonderful views. We were able to get to Bryce and Zion relatively easily, and enjoy mornings and evenings in the cool mountains at 10k feet. Also spent some time at Brian Head, and Cedar Breaks is right next door. We enjoyed the fire table on the deck and fireplace in the house in the evenings. House is well appointed and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. My kids agreed that the downstairs room was "the perfect kid room." We were there in summer but would be a fantastic ski cabin in winter too with lots of space for everyone. Hosts were friendly with good communication. Highly recommend, and we hope to be back again!

Spectacular View! Wonderful place to share memories by fireplace with family!

Wow! Beautiful home! We loved the views, especially at sunset. We will be back. Kitchen was well stocked to cook fun family meals. Great location! Easy to get to slopes early. A little something for every age from kids to grandparents to enjoy.

Summertime getaway

We loved the big windows in the main living area. It was beautiful to watch the rain come down. The beds were very comfortable. We love that there were four bathrooms for our family. I only wish they would’ve had a bathtub to bathe my baby and toddler. It was a short drive to go see Cedar Breaks monument, which was breathtaking. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay very much.

Family weekend ski trip

This is a great property, especially for a big group.This cabin is in an awesome location to the ski resort, 2 minutes drive. Cabin is huge, plenty of room for guest, eating and relaxing. Very clean and well stocked with all you need for your stay. Just need to bring yourselves and food to make. Mr. Holbrook was an outstanding host, had a couple minor issue trying to get the heater to work, but he texted me right back and got the issue resolved very quickly. You don’t find that type of great customer service anymore these days. Especially after money has been collected, he kept in contact throughout our whole trip, making sure everything was going smoothly! Will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you Sir!
