With convenient access to the Navajo and Pioneer areas of Brian Head Resort, your group can spend more time enjoying the mountain and less time getting there. After your final run, return home for a soak in the private hot tub, warm up in the sauna, or settle in beside the fireplace.

The home is surrounded by the beauty of Southern Utah and provides a convenient base for exploring destinations such as Cedar Breaks National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, and the surrounding Dixie National Forest.
PET-FRIENDLY
We know mountain adventures are even better when your four-legged family members can come along. Elevate Summit welcomes pets, subject to the property's pet guidelines and applicable fees.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home, including the private hot tub, sauna, game room, kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, balconies, laundry facilities, and designated guest parking.
IMPORTANT WINTER TRAVEL INFORMATION
Brian Head is a high-elevation mountain destination, and winter weather can change quickly. A 4WD or AWD vehicle with appropriate winter tires is strongly recommended during the winter season and may be necessary during snow or icy conditions.
Please check weather forecasts, road conditions, and applicable traction requirements before traveling. Snow and ice are a normal part of the Brian Head winter experience.
SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE
For the safety and security of the property, an exterior security camera is located at the front porch. The camera monitors exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
