« Hallway temp was WAY too hot as was temp in condo with no way to adjust thermostat.Directions to parking lot unclear and could not find back up lock box. Fortunately someone from VaCasa was able to assist with access. Was at property for a Hill Climb event outside of ski season so cannot rate how good the skiing was but unable to continue survey without choosing a star, hence one star. »

« Endroit assez propre, avec douche rénovée et de vieux lits moyennement confortable. Beaucoup de serviettes et oreillers à notre disposition. Endroit très tranquille. Accès à un pub sympa à proximité et resto déjeuner également. Ce n’est pas un emplacement où l’on peut faire de la marche pour se déplacer (route passante sans trottoir) et aucun sentiers accessibles à proximité. »

« Great stay at Okemo. Super convenient to get to the lifts and unit was well maintained. Couldn’t find pillow cases for the pull out couch but otherwise everything was well appointed. Check in/check out was super easy. Thank you! »

After a day of active activities, a comfortable resting space is expected and should be understood by those proving living space. Cleanliness. The condo itself was acceptable. The property was not.
