Access is via an internal staircase with two smart lock codes — one for the building entry and one for your studio — with 24-hour self check-in.

We provide tea, coffee, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as standard. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toothbrush and toothpaste, and additional kitchen items such as a rice cooker are available on request — just ask.

Studio 4 does not have a private outdoor courtyard or deck, but you have full access to the shared laundry and the grassy backyard — a great spot for supervised dog time and some fresh air.

All studios share the Queenslander building with access via Langdon Avenue.

Each has a fully separate private entry — you won`t pass through any shared indoor living spaces.

We`re nearby if you need anything at all — and equally happy to leave you to enjoy your own space.

Studio 4 is an upstairs space accessed via an internal staircase — please keep this in mind if mobility is a consideration.

As with many coastal character weatherboard buildings, some noise travels between spaces. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise after 8pm — this applies to music, TV volume, and pets.
