Living and Dining
Open-Plan Living: A fully air-conditioned living area featuring a comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table, and centralized cooling throughout the apartment.
The Door leading to the dining area: The door is temporarily out of service, and we are currently sourcing a suitable replacement part and arranging further repairs. Meanwhile, please do NOT move it and keep it open. For further details, please kindly check our guidebook when you check-in.

Bathroom and Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer for guest convenience.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, cookware, tea, and coffee. Please note that condiments are not provided.
Climate Control: Centralized air conditioning is available throughout the apartment, including both bedrooms and the living area.

Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.

Building Access and Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: One secure basement parking space is included with this apartment.

Important Information
Check-in and Key Collection: The key collection shop is available 24 hours a day and is located just across Charlotte Street from the apartment building, only a short walking distance away via nearby pedestrian crossings.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some minor signs of wear and tear may be present, but all facilities remain fully functional and well maintained.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects may appear despite regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided for guest use. Please contact us if you experience any issues during your stay.

Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.
