Please note the apartment does not include a car space. The most convenient parking is the on-site Star Brisbane Car Park, accessible via William Street, Margaret Street, or Queen’s Wharf Road, with 24/7 entry. For more affordable options, we recommend pre-booking nearby Wilson Parking locations such as Riverside Centre or Brisbane Quarter. Key collection is from Ezymart on Mary Street, located directly across from the building, they are open until midnight most days and until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Our standard check-in hour is between 3 pm and 12am, and check-out is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.

For the safety and security of everyone living in the residential complex, we are only able to provide one set of keys per booking. This helps us maintain controlled access to the building and respect the security protocols in place for all residents. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.



Please note that bath towels are provided for your stay. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own pool or beach towels, as these are not supplied.
