« If you're looking for a place to stay in Folsom, this is it. The hotel is located right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to walk to Palladio plaza with a lot of amenities and restaurants. Despite being so central, the room was remarkably quiet at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall shower was a really nice touch after a long day of exploring. It’s a great value for the price, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. »

« Wow! What a great place to stay. An incredible lobby, the room was faultless and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was so helpful. Parking was easy and its location near all the Paladio stores and restaurants was perfect. We even got lavender sachets in the lobby that took the experience to a great level. « My husband and I stayed here for a quick visit. While the hotel is relatively decent and well-located, I noticed an unpleasant smell when we first entered the lobby. On the day we checked out, we also saw a roach in the wall outlet in the bathroom. Other than that, everything seemed to be satisfactory for what we paid. »

Says they can’t contact me despite my phone number being filled in from Expedia and they were unwilling to go to to their sister hotel to comp the stay that they were trying to move me to.
